Comfortable bed. Large room with large window. The included breakfast and coffee was tasty, and I was able to work in the breakfast room to access wifi, since, unfortunately, the wifi didn't work inside the room (Centauro).

No wifi in the room - staff indicated that a router was broken and was waiting for repair. I'd recommend contacting the hotel to check on the wifi before selecting a room here, if that's important to you. Centauro has a large window but is on the ground floor facing the street, so people can see in if the curtains are open.

A very cosy hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and comfortable, and designed uniquely and with much thought, love and consideration. An extra thumbs up for the very comfy bed. The hotel is perfectly located, just some minutes from the beautiful cathedral and the pedestrian area. This is not a perfect but soulless chain, but warm-hearted, unique accommodation. So be prepared that maybe the doors are a little bit old, the carpet is not immaculate or something is not as polished as it would be in a standardized hotel. Yet you'll meet wonderful people and have a great authentic experience that nonetheless doesn't lack comfort. The breakfast is prepared fresh and prompt, it's not a big buffet though but you are given a choice of local breakfast dishes. I would definitely return anytime, I loved it and was just sad that my stay wasn't very long.

There was at times an uncomfortable smell from the toilet as sometimes the case in Southern/ hot countries/regions. Yet if you closed the door this would not bother you (and everything else in the hotel is so great that I didn't mind at all).

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Spacious room with cozy decor. Good breakfast - and good coffee 24/7. Great location - downtown is within easy walking distance. Nice neighbourhood. Good off the street parking.

The water in the shower not always as warm as I would have liked. When we booked the room we were told that our motorcycles would be parked in a locked parking lot behind the hotel. More often than not the gate was unlocked and wide open - even late at night. No one ever messed with our bikes though.

As pictured, it's an old hotel with a lot of charm. They clearly put a lot of though and care into making the decor a "period piece" [1940s to 1950s]. The staff was amazingly warm and welcoming. They clearly love their role as hosts. I felt cared for...way more than in most hotels. The included breakfast of eggs, chorizo [or ham] and toast was delicious! I'd certainly stay there again and recommend it highly

The bathroom sink only had one working faucet that seemed to be cold. I showered at the gym, so I don't know if the shower had hot water. I wanted to shave on my 3rd day, which is when I realized I was not getting hot water at the sink. I did let the manager know. The wifi in my room was weak [unusable for Zoom]. They offered the use of the dining room, but it was worse.

Great location. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Filtered water readily available.

Very poor internet in our room. No regular milk (only powdered creamer) available for coffee. Breakfast should have included some juice and maybe pan dulce. No elevator for upper floors

This is a charming little hotel with lovely staff about four blocks from the city center. They made us a delicious breakfast and had excellent coffee. You eat your breakfast family style at one large table with the other guests, which was fun. Also, one of the staff was obviously immersed in English as her English is perfect, but bring your Spanish anyway! You'll need it at breakfast 😊

I couldn't turn the heater off, but that was user error as my sister, who actually has a mini split, did it immediately, so if you don't understand the remote just get some help.

I was greeted by Lorena who is very hospitable and gave me recommendations for food and drinks. Doroteo is very central and easy to get to.

It can a bit noisy at night since it’s very central but that didn’t bother me that much. Earplugs recommended.

The room was lovely Pancha Villa with a nice view over the Casa opposite. the staff were great and the breakfast although simple was nice

The street outside was very noisy at night with people shouting but once shutters on windows were closed a lot quieter.

Centrally located, a beautiful old home renovated into a charming Pancho Villa themed boutique hotel. Close to downtown and yet quiet. Friendly, helpful staff. Breakfast also substantial.

Very historic, vintage hotel with friendly and helpful staff. It was in the historic city center of Chihuahua with a few coffee shops within a block.

I can't say there was anything I disliked.
