Was very nice and clean, and we like the location, there were a lot of stores around us the parking lot was fenced in , we are most likely going back and staying there again

I liked the staff they were very friendly and ready to help you in anyway, also the people from the kitchen were ready to take your order, I like the fact that they would take your food to the table

Breakfast was brilliant, a great range of options. Every item was well prepared and well laid out. The pool was not functioning but it would have been too cold to use at this time of year apart from MAYBE the hottest part of the day - bear in mind our trip was in February

Signposts to the hotel in the city. We had to use sat nav in the end in order to find it.

The receptionist that afternoon was a little rude when I put the wrong card for electricity and room key .Because, she had to go open my room. at 211

Ice machine broke down for a bit but it was fixed quickly.
