The hotel was near the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good. This was just a 1 night stay in between flights, and it was good value.

A very big hotel, so a bit tricky to find our way around at first, especially when you don't speak Portuguese!

The best location near the Beach and 5 minutes from the airport. The best breakfast ever. Rooms are very good and comfortable. Staff is very friendly.

The pool is great and stays open for a little while after dark. A lot of places don't like to do that in my experience. The breakfast had a wide range of good options and the air con in the room was really good.

all staff were polite, friendly and upfront. the hotel has excellent location, pharmacies and supermarkets close. inside the hotel you have a cute cafe with amazing sweets! The pool area was amazing, you can enjoy a Água de Coco by the pool! such a good environment, we would come back 100%!!

We ordered room service a couple of times and all times each dish came wrapped with clean foil even the saches of olive oil, salt and vinegar were wrapped in plastic. It might be for hygiene reasons but we thought it was a waste of plastic. also, we booked a room with three single beds there was only a double bed, all was sorted at the end, they put an extra bed in the room and the double bed is quite big so was fine for 2 people but we would have preferes three beds as booked. We were offered to swap room and options were given.

A nice facility. Beautiful pools, good WiFi, helpful staff. An easy walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet, comfortable rooms that include a workspace. A nice breakfast is included in the room rate.I would stay here again,

The friendly atmosphere created by the hotel staff make the stay comfortable. They are very helpful especially when I have problems in communicating in Portuguese. It is walking distance to the sea beach and shopping area.

The area nearby didn't seem safe. The neighborhood streets were really dirty. The beach nearby smelled of pee.

Rooms a little dated but comfortable enough

Location close to airport, very convenient for a short stay. Nice food as well with even live music during diner!

To us, the hotel building is not really charming, nor is the interior, but location, pool, staff, food and extras are fine, so overall a very good experience
