The property felt really premium for a 4 star hotel. The rooms were really nice and felt luxurious. The breakfast did not have a lot of options but everything was high quality. The check in was really fast (the faster I had in Brazil in a long time). The internet worked very well and was sufficiently fast. The room service was super fast both for some new towels as well as for our food order.

They have placed us in the first floor next to a garage where there was some constant machine working. It did not bother us too much but it would have been nicer to be in a better room especially as the hotel was not all that full.

Really loved the hotel, pool, breakfast and the service from the staff was absolutely incredible, specifically Agnaldo and Fernando. We were made to feel like royalty from the moment we arrived. Pool is open until 11 and they have valet service if you have a car. Will be telling all our friends to stay here when they come to Recife! 5* service!

Carpet on the corridor was slightly outdated but that really doesn’t matter to be honest haha.

The best part of the stay was the exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff, from the reception desk to the restaurant to housekeeping services. Second best was the comfortable bed with soft, luxurious, spotless white sheets. Also to be commended is the plentiful and varied breakfast buffet, serving different dishes the three days of our stay.

No complaints whatsoever. The only suggestion is to replenish the courtesy bottle of water on a daily basis. A low-cost gesture of goodwill to your guests.

The pool and sauna on the upper floor were very nice. The pool’s length was great for swimming laps. The staff was very helpful and the bed was big. The French bread for breakfast was great.

The towels were kind of rough, the pillows could be more comfortable and, although the breakfast buffet was good, the coffee wasn’t.

A very nice hotel conveniently placed near the beaches, with excellent restaurant. The quality of the food for breakfast was exceptional, and I had the opportunity to dine in the restaurant as well. Both the food and the service were exemplary.

The TV broke after the first night of my stay, and there was no way to fix it. I would not watch it very much, but would like to occasionally glance at the news (especially given the massive power outage in the country on Tuesday morning). Also, the hotel of this stature and reputation should offer guests a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival.

Everything very comfortable hotel. Fabulous! Super great beds, linens, showers, and nice large spacious room.

The tap water is not drinkable, and they charge you for bottled water. Thats crazy! We travel a lot and that is not the norm!! The shower amenities very skimpy. The restaurant menu is not very exciting. Very little variety. A corkscrew in the room with wine glasses would be a nice touch. Had to chase down getting a wine opener, twice! The pool area can use you some ambiance. It’s very basic but super clean. Check in can be a bit quicker.

The breakfast was fantastic, with many fresh and tasty options. The hotel facilities seem new, very well-maintained, and the room very comfortable and cozy, with very soft bed linens, a selection of pillows, easily adjustable air-conditioning, and extremely pleasant lighting scenarios. The location is superb, very close to the airport and just a 5-minute walk to the Boa Viagem shoreline.

Really nice room, silent and clean, with lot of lights. The swimming pool is perfect to swim. Overall the facilities are good and good quality price. large choice for the breakfast, between fruits, cakes, breads and hot meals. Tapioca crepes and omelette made "a la minute"

the elevators are quite slow and it was difficult to get one.

I really like the space of the room, meals were nice, and close to the beach. very friendly staff.

the hallway smelt a little funny and they were dark.

It was a bit expensive to rent a room in business center to work with the team for a couple of hours.
