The room was clean and comfortable, the only minus that air conditioner was in front of the bed. It’s not possible to sleep with it and it’s quite hot. The staff was hospitable and they provided to us possibility of early check-in. Fitness area on the top of the building is perfect and you can watch the sunset.

Breakfast was normal but not so tasty. Also the hotel is located near the water channel that has bad smell (but it’s not guilt of the hotel, just to mention). Boa viagem region doesn’t have many restaurants to visit.

The staff - front desk and those who clean the rooms - are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. Dinner at the restaurant...meh!

check-in takes a long time, could be less bureaucratic or have the option to do it online in advance. Garage access isn’t easy to enter or get out, you have to contact the reception office every time and there’s no elevator from the rooms directly to garage, you have to pass through the reception every time.

The location is good, near to one shopping center and close to the beach. The breakfast was good, with many options. The staff is nice and attentive.

The pool could have a bar service without the need of calling. Add options to the breakfast like cappuccino or tapioca. The tv was not configured with internet and a little bit outdated.

Everything was fine at this hotel, breakfast included. The neighborhood had good options for shopping or food and was short distance to the beach. The room had decent size with a small desk to work on but the full size windows made up for it. Good TV with channels. Perfectly clean, great option for boa viagem Recife.

The service is very good and help us call the taxi to the airport.

The WiFi is terrible, the network speed is very slow(about 130KB/s) and always interrupt and you need verification by around every 30 minutes. Also takes too much time for check in.

Tiny room, but excellent bathroom with shower, no bath, but huge counter to place stuff. Air conditioning with vents blowing cold air directly to you, needed manual ajustment to set vents upwards to avoid that. Excellent breakfast and EXCELLENT PINEAPPLE AND FRUITS

New Hotel, friendly staff, good bed, excellent cleaning, parking in the hotel.

Breakfast could have more options. That day they didn't serve tapiocas (Tradicional comida nordestina) and omelets.
