The room that we got was very spacious, although bathroom is prepared to receive guests with disabilities, the lack of a glass door to the shower was a bummer. Air conditioning was great, and in that little balcony, could have a rack to dry your beach clothes. TV could be bigger and with wider variety of channels.

Its been a while after the pandemic, and the shield at the check in could come down.

The lift was scary to ride in, it jumped a bit, also the buttons took me to the wrong floor, the tv had an unusual on/off switch, you tube would not come on so I couldn’t see any English speaking news channel

The location was wonderful. Having breakfast was really convenient. These rooms were very large and worked great for a family trip.

The water got only lukewarm at best.

The hotel is excellent! Really enjoy the room, clean and with an ocean view. The location and the food where also spectacular. The service is excellent as well, all employees where very kind This hotel is also, 15min away from the US consulate.

Another great stay at this brilliant beachfront hotel. A spacious and clean, cosy and modern room overlooking the sea. Such a friendly welcome from the attentive staff behind reception and throughout the hotel. tasty breakfast! I'll certainly stay here again!

Cleaning room service could be better

Well located in the centre of Boa Viagem and right next to the beach. The staff are very helpful and there was a good breakfast included. The aircon works very well too which is a plus. The room was quite spacious, as was the bathroom. All round, a good stay!

The sheets were clean but there were a couple of stains noted.

Great hotel, big clean rooms with a sea view, comfy beds, friendly staff and good house keeping, brill location right opposite the beach.

Good location. We had sea view room with balcony. Nice bkfst with variety. Large room with modern amenities. Much better than expected. Close to restaurants & shopping.

Balcony window is not soundproof so some noise can be heard from the street but not a huge deal.
