Staff was very kind and friendly and went above and beyond..The hotel is very clean. Breakfast is basic and ok. The facilities are in line with a 3 star. The location is quiet .

I suppose that if you are a light sleeper you may want your room to be away from the swimming pool pump. And also go to bed early enough to get enough sleep before the cleaning personnel start wandering about in the corridors talking loudly and slamming doors at 7:30... But it may just be me. Other than that, no remarks. All was very good.

Amazing position (you can reach the beaches easily walking)

A bit too noisy. The doors are not really thick and every morning/ night you could hear other guests opening and closing their doors and the stuff doing the cleaning woke us up in the morning. If the neighbours talk loudly, you can definitely hear them. However, it’s still worth it for the location itself and for the position. Ideal hotel if you’re travelling around Puglia and you need to stop here for 2/3 days.

Staff were lovely. Receptionist in the daytime, who’s name I’ve forgotten was so so lovely, trying to fix some local information about visiting a winery. V kind v lovely. The breakfast team were also lovely. I think the really good value prices for the rooms was reflected in the fact that, although they were perfectly clean, looked a bit old and dated by modern standards.

Very nice pool

Room was poorly maintained with broken drawers and toilet lids. The bathroom was not very clean with a really disgusting toilet brush. Breakfast time was always crowded with overworked staff and very limited breakfast options.

the location it’s amazing, 10min walk from the 2 most beautiful beaches of the area.

the A/C in our room was old and not efficient, in the night very difficult to sleep, way to hot!

The city

At first the city was really nice and the reception was really helpful because there was no transportation in the area they offered us help . But the room was not well furnished and the cleaning lady only organised the sheets she did clean the room or change sheets or towels . There was a lot of noises we couldn’t sleep well plus there was a group of people shouting and screaming outside and making un suitable noises and we informed the management few times but there was no changes and we couldn’t sleep it’s not suitable for family at all
