Location to wedding venue we were attending. Breakfast was exceptional. Comfort of seating area and general cleanliness Swimming pool was an advantage.

Another rooms bar spend was added to our account and due to language differences was diffucult to resolve. Was being asked to cover this cost as it was on my room Sometimes had difficulty finding the night staff to serve at bar.

Very good front desk staff. Good location about 15 minutes walk from city centre. Upgraded to a privilege room which was spacious and comfortable. Secure parking.

After ordering dinner in the bat it took more than an hour to receive food. They had a big group in the dining room and I think they forgot about us. Also, when it arrived it was not very hot.

The staff were lovely, friendly, efficient and polite. The hotel had a nice relaxed atmosphere. Breakfast provided a great choice, as did dinner, very good value for money. Really lovely pool area too. The hotel provides plenty of secure parking.

There was no safe in the room.

Very nice hotel We were cycling so it was lovely to have the pool area to relax in post our ride. We had been upgraded so the room size was great and I particularly loved the NUXE toiletries. Breakfast was extremely varied with lots of different options. It is 15 mins to the town centre....but we saw the hotel centre hotels when we walked around and I valued the space and pool area more here than being bang in town. We particularly liked having tea and coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge.....but then, we're British!

The staff were amazing - so helpful, friendly and efficient. Great team of people. Super breakfast as well!

Rooms quite small & basic, shower over bath was one of those which sends water everywhere!

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We could get a drink and meal without having to venture out into Castres. Breakfast was very good indeed. Parking easy and secure.

Nothing at all just what we needed after a tiring drive.

The location of this hotel is really good - easy to get to by car and walking distance from the centre of town (around 15 minutes walk). The hotel is actually much bigger than we thought it would be and had a lovely-looking restaurant and an outdoor space with a pool that must be fantastic in the summer! We will definitely be back here again.

The parking is not great - there is parking but the parking at the front by the entrance is a bit weirdly set out. However, there is another parking area at the back of the hotel, it's just not obvious. However, the very nice receptionist explained how to find it etc, so a solution was readily found.

The staff at reception were excellent we traveled over from Ireland and they were very helpful giving taxi numbers and restaurant recommendations

Location challenging if you’re using public transport. Bedroom equipment is a little dated.
