This is a charming family hotel that, though is a little outdated, is incredibly comfortable and clean. Upon checking in, we were given the option of exchanging our 2 double rooms for a family room (and saved money!) which exceeded our expectations. We have never had such a large family hotel room - it was like an apartment! Two large sleeping rooms separated by a big lounge room and hallway, and a large bathroom with double sink. We also had a nice meal in the restaurant. No Michelin star... but the friendly service made up for it.

The one and only negative was the room being very hot. There was no way to cool the room down and being on a main intersection, we weren't able to have the windows open.

Very big and comfortable apartment. Good breakfast. Free parking place for hotel clients just across the street. Friendly staff. Very clean. A lot of places to eat around and the hotel has also restaurant. Much better then expected. God price for what you get. Perfect also for families. Drinks in the refrigerator in the room. Quiet. You can have dark in all the apartment because of the large courtains to sleep longer if needed. Very comfortable beds and pillows.

The door at bathroom cannot be locked.

My room was located at another building (the guest house) across the street, and the lady at reception kindly guided me there. It is relatively modern, and I'm very happy with its cleanness and comfort. It also has a window facing a quiet alley. (I assume some other rooms are facing the inner court, which would also be nice.) It is a perfect place for a stopover if you are travelling further to east Germany.

The door is not very soundproofing, so I can hear people talking in the corridor. Fortunately, all the guests respect the quiet hours, and there was absolutely no noise after 11pm.

Good position, about 5 minutes' walk into the town centre. Free parking round the corner and across the road. Very good evening meal in the hotel restaurant. Hotel and restaurant good value for money.

No traffic noise with the windows closed, but very loud otherwise. Breakfast was ok, but a bit limited. The room was a bit musty - the old carpet?

Close to the city center, just some meters from the main cathedral. What was expectional, at least from a quick look, while passing through the restaurant I saw some mouth-watering dishes (must-try)

The hallway to the room was full of spiders, needed a quick cleaning. The pillow wasn’t that good, they might be looking on it too.

Guest house is clean and comfortable, nice shower

The staff never asked for ID cards when making the bills for guests so they mistook another lady for me and made her pay my bill. The mistake was corrected the day after but this was a huge inconvenience. Thankfully, me and the other lady knew each other

Dinner at the restaurant was very nice. A beautiful interior too. There was also a delightful, short brunette woman working that night who was super friendly and attentive. As a hospitality professional myself, I was impressed by her skills. A total natural. Breakfast was good value for money too.

The shower was a little bit small for me, and I’m a skinny guy at 183cm tall.

Stayed a few years ago and nothings changed still ten out of ten for me .I stayed in the annex this time just as good breakfast in the main building good .location is good between the railway station and the city centre .if in the area I will stay again .

Good selection of breakfast items. Room was quiet, spacious and comfortable.

It was hard to know where to park when we checked in. But parking during our stay was free with a pass from the hotel and right across the street in a public parking lot.

The breakfast was exceptional during my stay there, from the room to the parking lot to the location. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, Thank you.

During the summer, the management can provide the rooms with air conditioning or a fan.
