Amazing service, especially since most of the staff speak English and were very helpful. The hotel location is amazing, so peaceful by a small river. Get the room facing the river, you will sleep with the songs of frogs and insects and wake up with the birds singing. It's like that song in Mermaid animation. lol

seems that hotel is under renovation. breakfast wasn’t really good as it doesn’t have variety, very limited served. Walls needs proper painting since that humidity started hitting the walls. internet connection is very weak signal at the rooms.

First time in a Ramada chain hotel and we loved it. The room was perfect for our group of four people, with a second toilet. We enjoyed the breakfast and if not for the weather we’d also get the most of the pool and the sea. I personally really loved the pool cat! If you choose this place, I highly advice to pet it 🐱

It was a long walk away from the beach and restaurants, so consider choosing this place if you travel by car

The hotel overall is really beautiful with amazing facilities, clean, good location very quite and close to everything, big room with amazing view, friendly staff... Really enjoyed my stay.

I was expecting the breakfast to have more variety, although the cheese selection was delicious.

Pool is very nice, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, nice balcony, good quality bathroom amenities, delicious breakfast, parking free of charge, little river nearby - with a boat taking you to the other side and you can easily walk to the beach. Hotel staff is very nice, especially Ilyas. :)

This Hotel needs better maintenance and cleaning. It is new but a lot of things is broken around the pool.

It's hard to get a taxi in the city. The hotel staff could provide you one from the hotel. But to the hotel, I had to ask people around to call me a taxi, because the taxi services in Sile don't speak English.

Location. The hotel is located in the western part of Şile - Kumbaba, across the Türknil River. It's behind the river and that's really important, because the sea is in line of sight (600 feet), but to get there by foot, you need to walk about 1.2 miles: Option 1 - to the west along the river along a path in thickets of reeds, there'll be a completely empty sandy beach (for lovers of solitude); Option 2 - across the bridge on Üsküdar Cd. will lead you to Ayazma Plaj, there're already sun loungers, some cafes and a civilization with people. Option 3 - during business hours, you can take a nice ferry here at these coordinates 41.16812071339596, 29.585782139191682 (about 600 feet west of the hotel along Turan Aziz Beler Cd., Landmark - Sazlık Sk. No: 32), there's also a small tea house. Comfort. Lovely room with the softest king-size bed. Soft flooring and comfortable chairs. An excellent desktop to work with a laptop. Balcony with access from both rooms with two tables and chairs. View from the window to the terrace and the hotel pool with beautiful night illumination. Breakfast buffet is offered with a variety of cheeses, sausages, fruits, jams.

Unfortunately, all week in the morning the hot dish was an omelet. This's good food, but I would like variety, at least in the form of cereals. Behind the wall of room 245 is some kind of mechanism that makes a noise around the clock. It's a very strange decision to place such mechanisms next to the bedroom. It didn't bother me, but for people who are sensitive to night noise, this will become a serious problem. There is no Wi-Fi in the room. This was not a problem for me, since I was hotspoted internet from my mobile phone, but it should be borne in mind. It's too far to go by foot to the city center and it's really hard to get a taxi by your own - you should be an Irish-lucky to catch one on Kumbaba Cd.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, staffs are helpful

It is quite hard to reach by walk from final terminal, the facilities like spa, sauna, were under renovation.
