Firstly is staff,all of them are friendly,polite and respectful to the guests.I lost my ring and was my mistake throwing away in the bin with a bottle lid. I remembered the other should be in the bin,luckily the bin wasn’t taken from the council yet. The staff and house keeper searched in the rubbish and found it. I was so glad and grateful for that and gave them some tip and presents.really appreciated and recommended for this hotel.

Good design and not boring. My husband chose this hotel because of the decoration.

Big comfortable room, everything was clean. Breakfasts are customizable and delicious. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Room looks cool, has good lighting. Bathroo. Is good size. Ac and hot water worked well.

Main thing I didn't like is that the hotel is next to a train and when the train passes it is very loud. Didn't happen to frequently, but it definitely was audible. Beds are firm. Internet was very inconsistent.

Everything, wonderful detail to the railway theme, and just a great place with a great feel and staff/service/options/facilities

The A/C was not up to the job of cooling the room and it led to an uncomfortable night during late 30s Songkran weather.(room 2/9) Despite the help of the staff I'm pretty sure the condenser needed a gas top up or the cassette filter a clean probably both (a good service!) Also hated the pillows they were so fat that I had to use a rolled up towel instead. (These are my only two gripes but had to affect my review)

Room was clean and comfy. Hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. The hotel was pretty quiet that was what I like. I can enjoy reading and working in the room peacefully. Breakfast at hotel restaurant was good. This hotel is not too far from schools, so there were small venders, restaurants and convinient store where easy to access on foot.

There was a construction around so it was pretty noisy in day time. And there was a rail way nearby I heard noise of train almost every hour. I saw "bathtub" when I made a reservation at this hotel but for real there is no bathtub at all. There was only shower :)

Clean and comfortable, good breakfast and they even have a good pizza !

At night the air conditioning starts running and the motor is just outside the room and makes a lot of noise.

smart, clean. rooms are very spacious.house keeping and replacement water every day if you want it. feels very safe. if you want to go to city it’s going to require taxi or car. Ton Tann market is 10 minutes walk away - but you have to cross 2 four lane roads. I’m daring so no problem but prob safer to try and get taxi, though you might need to offer a minimum amount because it’s a short distance and taxi drivers don’t like long queue time for small payment (same around the world!) we paid £2 for 3 of us to get there safely, so do the maths! Ton Tann is great, music, big outside (under cover) sports screen, very large night market and good area.

our room was on the opposite to railway so didn’t notice, but daughter said she was woken up by train during the night. not a big problem because she only mentioned it when I asked after we left

10/10. Location amazing, staff super friendly, huge room, clean and comfortable and great value for money. Everything you could ask for.

I was passing through and needed a hotel for the night, so coincidentally i stumbled on this on ...what a great find!! Nice clean hotel, lots of parking space, the hole hotel looks like a train station, even in the rooms. Rooms look like train cabins, they even thought of the lights!! Big thumbs up! Nice restaurant next door, yes i would stay here again.

Just one minor little point.....there is a actual train passing every so hour, witch tou can hear in the room, but i got used to that pretty quick.
