Very friendly staff

Excellent location. Excellent rooms. Good food. Fantastic place.

Small details. This is super nice place but could be even better. Communication only by whatsup, no phone in the room, strange. You need to sign for everything you order, eventhough they know you stay here, not necessary.

The pousada has a nice setting and view of the beach. The restaurant and pool areas are nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is nice.

We stayed in the best room with beach view, which has a private pool and a nice outdoor shower, however the room itself where the bed is located is not spacious as it seemed. The bed, sheets, blankets, pillows are low quality and uncomfortable, the finishings and decoration are very basic and dated. The private pool is not heated and mostly covered by shade, also it is viewable from the garden, so not very usable. Probably the back bungallows are newer. Things are a bit pricy for what is offered.

the property is beautiful. very well maintained and super clean. The staff have been extremely friendly and helpful! this was our first trip to Brazil to attend a friend’s wedding in the area. we did not speak a work of Portuguese. although most staff did not speak English. The reception managed to help us with our requests and answer our questions through WhatsApp in English. They were always responsive. The communication was smooth and prompt. The restaurant was very good. definitely worth it. The heated pool is a great feature. Bicycles were extremely useful when they are no taxi or Uber service in the area. Overall we have a wonderful experience with the help of property staff. Highly recommend.

The location is not ideal. It is not really the property’s fault. We did not know ahead of time that everything was a bit far apart. Because in the surrounding areas, there is no Uber or taxi service available. Getting around become a problem. You can always book a transfer with reception. We are used to always go out and discover places as much as possible, so if we did more research we would have rented a car at the airport. but the drive from Maceio airport to hotel is about two and half hours. If you can drive a manual transmission car, then can find car rentals in hotel area. Unfortunately we could only drive automatic. The hotel reception tried to help us as much as possible, which we really appreciate. I think for people travelling to the area it is important to get prepare for transport if they want to go around a lot as we did.
