Room was super clean. I appreciated that.

One of the most annoying things was finding the place. None of the GPS took me to the correct property location. Apple and Google both took me to an empty parking lot beside the 7-11 on 146. That needs to be updated ASAP. I drove all the way back to Dayton thinking maybe the hotel was in Dayton instead of Liberty. Please fix. I spoke with the manager at the hotel and he's tried several times to let Apple and Google know. But the organization as a whole needs to put pressure to get this updated. Breakfast could use greek yogurt. More protein options.

Super comfy beds and linens

Shower wasn’t the cleanest. The dispenser was broken for the conditioner and on a ledge in the shower. No one had moved the bottle of conditioner to clean behind it. There is a “business” center and I needed to print some documents. The employee told us we could use it but he didn’t know the password to be able to log in. When I told him the password he gave us was wrong he basically said oh well, I guess I don’t know it. Meanwhile he just sat in the dining area of the lobby playing on his phone. He offered no other assistance.

Location and Emily was a very helpfull woman she is so nice and also Amemda was so good amd helpfull

I would like to complain about the cleaner woman called Teressa as she is always complaining and looking at us during our stay and she was not helpful at all also I would like to complain about the food the last 3 days there was no cheese no food choices

We really loved the convenience of the personal Keurig/coffee pot! Everything was clean and smelled great! We LOVED the shampoo and conditioner squeeze bottles in the shower as well! We have not stayed in a hotel in a LONG time and had I known this was an accommodation, I would have left my own at home! So nice! The lotion was great too! I also noticed a hair dryer blow the sink! That's awesome as well! If we come back that way we will DEFINITELY stay here again!

Everything was PERFECT! No complaints! The attendant told us the overhead light was out and we told him we did not care. Upon investigation, we discovered the light was not blown and could be turned off and on using the switch by the door as long as the wall switch next to the bed was in the off position. I called down to let him know and we had a good laugh!

The hotel was great. No complaint except... The complaint I have is with Booking.com. I accidentally double booked and neither booking .com or the hotel were willing to help me. Have been a customer of booking.com for a long time and I expected more from them. I ave another hotel booked with booking.com and I am questioning your loyalty.

as far as the hotel, I liked it

The rooms are spacious. The staff is very accommodating and kind. I appreciated having laundry facilities and a gym on site.

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Very new facility. We had booked a double queens bed room. Spacing was OK. The room had a small anteroom where we could put all our lagguage. The sleeping room as well the bathroom were well cleaned and equipped. The breakfast served was of good American standard.

Unfortunately we were put in a room close to the venting machine which was quiet noisy throughout the night.

The ice machine on the 3rd floor wasn’t working. The floor in the room had not been vacuumed. The chair cushion was dirty. But it is still the best place to stay in Liberty, Tx. The other motels are very bad

that it was. clean friendly also how covenant it was to get where you wanted to go.

the breakfast I wished it would have been a hot breakfast with biscuits and sausage gravy and some scrambled eggs and potatoes just a thought.

Power was out when I arrived at 2 pm because of a storm. Andrew busted his butt getting the City of Liberty repair crew there and power was restored at 3 pm. Things were great from then on. I will go back !!!
