On entering, the lobby gave a nice welcoming feeling. Nicole was great and provided a quick check-in. Very nice room, good size; and a nice bathroom. Nicole mentioned that there was an issue with the entrance to the pool, so she walked out with me to make sure I could get through the gate.

The tub had only one grab bar, it would be safer to have at least two.

Excellent location!!! Close to the Interstate but not too close. Restaurants and shopping close by. Nice neighborhoods surrounding the hotel. Felt very safe.

Annoying to have the front desk so close to the automatic door entrance. The doors kept opening and closing while trying to check in and out.

The staff was excellent especially Shelby she was very helpful. Also the front desk Daysia was excellent I hope I spelled her name correctly. The breakfast was good and the weekday employee managing the breakfast bar was very friendly and helpful.

The only thing that was a bummer was the construction on the 4th floor the heat in the hallway at times was unbearable. Overall was an excellent stay and we understand you have to work on your facility for time to time.

We loved the staff and how helpful they were in fulfilling our needs. Great breakfast with lots of verity and great atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay.
