it was pretty good

They were working putting in cables in the attic while we were trying to rest, drilling and had wires running down the hallway and had a ladder right outside our door. Someone needs to clean up around the outside, dead bushes, paper all in the parking lot. With that being said, the Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, bed was nice. Room was set up kind of crazy. Tv was placed in the bedroom not in the setting room.

Great price for what you get. The room was huge, felt more like an apartment. (Unfortunately the pics have my family in them or I’d share to show how big it was). Didn’t feel cramped inside. Beds were comfortable. It was such a home like feeling, my family really enjoyed being there. Great location right off the interstate. Food and other necessities were in close proximity. Breakfast was good. Very clean location. I’ll be returning.

The sofa bed is not comfortable enough you can fill the metal . Maybe it’s ok for lil baby or kids. The pool needs more cleaning, there was dirt on the bottom of it and you can tell it needs cleaning if you see it in the daytime

Staff was accommodating upon requests. Great location to shops, restaurants and interstates. Nice facilities and amenities.

Water pressure in bathroom sink was not up to par. Furnishings need to be updated there were cosmetic issues needing attention in the rooms. Cleaning staff not able to speak English to communicate with guests.

Appreciated the cleanliness & the proximity to restaurants. Did not have bkfst here.

Bathroom needs exterminating. When lights turned on at night, roaches can be seen along the tub & along the wall behind commode. Also, Sure would help if you had an exhaust fan. Bathroom too humid.

The night manager, she is super nice and welcoming and so has been the morning manager, he has also been very helpful. We have been here during the hurricane and they have went above and beyond to help in anyway they can.

No generator but the rooms did stay cool without the electricity.

The hotel was in a great location for people traveling Interstate 10, like we were. There were plenty of nearby restaurants. The Hotel was clean, the beds were super comfortable, they offered a broad variety of breakfast, and the hotel staff was super friendly.

I have no complains.

We were in town for a wedding and our stay was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, neat, modern, and exactly what we needed. I was also kind of sick for our trip, so the comfy bed and having breakfast available right downstairs every morning was much appreciated! Having so many other amenities nearby (a Walgreens, various other eateries, etc.) all in walking distance was also quite convenient, regardless of whether I wasn't feeling well! (Protip: Even though these were in walking distance, the area surrounding area itself isn't quite pedestrian friendly. Be careful!!) Especially for the price, we'll definitely stay here again if/when we visit these friends another time.

The walls and floors are a bit thin. So, if other travellers are a bit on the noisy side like our upstairs neighbor was, then that's going to be a pain; but this latter point is definitely not the fault of the hotel!

Breakfast is always Great! Our favorite reason to stay here

I’ve stayed here multiple times and it’s always been great! This time around it wasn’t as great. We stayed there 3 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned any of those 3 nights we were there. Everything was great.

I liked having an elevator - the morning breakfast was excellent- nice lounge area.

The tub shower was hard for my parents to get in and out of. Wish it could’ve been an open shower. The sofa bed wasn’t really comfortable but it was fine for staying one night!
