The breakfast variety was amazing! The bed was super comfy. The carpet and floor actually looked and felt clean and I walked barefoot on it (I normally wear socks or slippers because the carpet feels nasty at other hotels I've slept in)

The pillows were super cute and comfy but were not quite big enough for us (we are bigger sized people lol) The bathroom was a little too small with the door opening into the bathroom instead of out.

It was very clean and quiet.

The lady wanted to run my card second time after she ran it for incidentals. She couldn't tell me why though or give a receipt. Nor did she have access to support. She did the best she could do. Someone needs to be available 24/7 for the front desk to contact if a problem arises.

The front desk girl was very pleasant and helpful when I checked in. The room was nice.

Booked the room for 3 and was only supplied with 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and one washcloth. Could have complained but I didn't. Had a pull out sofa and no linens were provided. So I had to ask the front desk girl for help and she provided linens in a timely manner.

verry clean and quiet, staff was verry friendly and helpful, the room we stayed in was roomy and well organized, everything worked perfectly. it was what one would expect at a good hotel.

the room they gave use had no view what so ever, it was right above the entrance, staff was away from the desk often, would be verry helpful to have an ice machine on the second floor, we had to go to the first floor every time we needed some, seemed pretty insecure, there were where no one around a lot of the time.

This is our 2nd time staying at Sleep Inn in Crosby and we enjoyed it just as much as the 1st time. The room is always clean, beds and pillows are comfortable, bathrooms are spacious. We'll be back!

I think it cost way to much money for an over night stay..I've stayed here atleast six times and still over 100. per night,,,if it wasn't so close I wouldn't stay.

Hotel room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly. It was a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Cleanliness and peace and quiet!!

Breakfast could have provide some scrambled eggs and sausage/bacon instead of just bagels, waffles and cereal. Adding this to the breakfast list would have been a 10 put of 10 stay for me!!

Property is always clean. Beds are comfortable and bathroom was very clean as well
