The desk agent Linda is a keeper!!! She was very personable, and her customer service was impeccable. She checked in to ensure I was enjoying my stay. Loved my spacious room. Everything was clean to the eye. Breakfast was good with variety. I will definitely be returning upon visiting.

Room clean, I thought would take place after 1st night as I stayed for 2, but it was not upon return for the day. Guess I was supposed to I inquire. They did, however. They did bring fresh towels, hand, and, at Towels

The Check in and check out processes were extremely smooth. All of the staff were warm, welcoming and friendly. The entire hotel was very clean and comfortable.

There were problems with parking the first night due to no parking spaces which was an inconvenience causing us to park in a fire zone. The room keys were not working for any entrances other than the front door causing us to have to walk in the rain multiple times to access the building. It was extremely frustrating and inconvenient.

I want to shout out the front desk clerks. They have superior customer service skills. I had booked 2 nights, but on different reservations, I spoke to the overnight clerk to ask her if I needed to move rooms because of reservations. She told me I didn't, and she explained to me what I needed to do. I came back to take care of room, it was a new clerk I began to tell her the situation, she stopped me and said I have already been brief about your situation you don't have to explain it again. I love their communication skills and going above and beyond.

Excellent property. The hotel was incredibly clean, the breakfast was good and the gym was exceptional. I was shocked they had so many weights. It was a great surprise to get a good workout in. Staff was flexible - I was running late and they kept the breakfast station open while I grabbed something. The front desk staff was super friendly. Loved this hotel and I spend many nights in hotels.

The coffee in the lobby was not very hot.

The outside and inside of property is very well kept. There is also security outside the hotel. The atmosphere is pleasant and the entire staff were awesome. The location of the property is close to shopping stores and restaurants.

The check in agent was not friendly or helpful. She just treated me like I was someone weird. She threw back at me my credit card and my identification. Never mentioned anything about breaking or WiFi. No word about where to find the find room or anything. I was just about to walk to room then she was like “would you like some water?” Then she threw the back at me.

The property is very nice and well managed. The staff is amazing, and checked in with me everyday to make sure my needs were fulfilled. I have an amazing stay here at Hampton Inn & Suites.

The service was amazing, check in and check out so quickly. A quiet and docked off place; plus we had a really good night’s sleep after traveling for 14hrs. Breakfast was really good, and the girls there are great!

The king suite are always the best here! Super clean, tidy and spacious . Friendly and welcoming staff. The area is pretty nice too, plenty of restaurants , Supercenter and clothing stores nearby.Definitely recommend

Kids from other rooms were running around and banging on walls overnight. I never had an issue staying here. But for some reason it was quite full of little league football players. Who ran around the hotel during my entire stay.

Nice property. Grounds were very clean. Our room looked out over a greenbelt area. I liked the location even though it was a little out of the way from our destination (but that was my fault as I’m not familiar with the city).
