The people were very cordial and the location was one mile from the work place.

When I arrived the water was turned off. They forgot to tell me when I checked in. The room phone was plugged in but did not work. The hotel is a bit older but it was in decent shape. I am a hotel snob and like tip top amenities.

It was in a good location based on we’re I was visiting. It was clean.

There was confusion with my check out time. The housekeeper came knocking wanting to come in and clean. She removed my Do Not Disturb sign and slipped it under my door. Then the front office called asking if I needed to extend my stay. I proceeded to explain that my check out time was 1pm, the clerk said that the hotel had a check out time of 12pm. I told them I wasn’t ready to leave, she then said that she would notify the housekeeper and extend my stay. At check out, I offered to show her my confirmation. She then said that she had checked and knew that I had a later checkout. No apologies from anyone.

female front desk associate could of smile and be friendly. I tried to make small talk but she wasn’t having it. your in customer service , it seemed like she was not happy to work their. now the male front desk that check me out. he was very friendly and smiled a lot. very customer service

Clean well kept

Would have liked to use rear entrance to the gate so you didn't have to exit onto the main roadway if needed not to.

No complaints about the cleanliness. It was exceptionally clean! The staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable.

It was too too close to the interstate!! Only a service road between the interstate and hotel! Other than that it was a great stay

the beds were very uncomfortable but everything wakes us awesome at this hotel love it just needs more comfortable beds
