The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, and most of the staff is very helpful and friendly. I also like that it has a bar with food served, although the karaoke that's listed leaves much to be desired.

The girl who was at the desk when I checked in made me wait 24 minutes until exactly 3pm before she would check me in... she was supposedly waiting for shift change, but the other worker never showed, so she had to check me in anyway. I just found it unnecessarily rule abiding and lazy tbh. I had nothing else to do and nowhere else to go for 24 minutes, so I had to sit in the car in the houston heat. Im just glad that for once I wasn't using Uber, bc they wouldn't have waited with me that long!

Owner/manager very personable and welcoming. Room was clean from top to bottom. Towels were white and clean. Hot breakfast buffet consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, grits; cereal was also available. Nice selection of beverages - coffee, apple juice, guava orange juice, and cranberry juice. There’s an onsite restaurant/bar. Parking lot big enough to accommodate rv/trailer parking.

Just one minor problem…. We think thermostat in our room might’ve been broken - heater would continuously run (we just turned unit off when it got too hot and then we would turn it back on when it got too cold) - we only had to turn it off once and turn it back on once.

There was a super friendly girl at the reception. The room is comfortable, clean, not very modern, but the quality corresponds to the low cost. There is an outdoor pool from 10 to 22. Sleeping is comfortable. Breakfast is normal: there are meat sausages (very fatty), porridge, omelet, waffles, toast. At breakfast, a nice manager came up and was interested in our stay.

The room lacked the simple little things that we were used to: a clock, USB chargers on the bedside tables, cosmetic wipes, liquid soap, hair conditioner, shower gel. There is no valve in the sink. The room is smoky. The hairdryer is weak. At breakfast there is no yogurt, pastries, fruit, only one type of jam, hot milk. The juice is artificial and very sweet.

Nice location, great personnel. Very clean hotel as well as property grounds. Nice outdoor pool. Perfect Customer service!

We arrived at the hotel late at night and didn't know if we could find some place to eat. General Manager Mr. Mike Lian asked hotel restaurant kitchen ( that was about to be closed) to stay and to take an order from us. He went over and above to ensure that we had everything that we may need. He even helped us with our luggage and walked us to our room on the 2nd floor. We have got a newly renovated 1 bedroom suite with a kitchen. .We appreciated this a lot! We will definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean,rooms were upgraded, bed were clean n comfortable, rooms smelled good, breakfast was good. Most of all staff was super good, manager is a really nice man andjust a call away, he was present at the time of booking and made sure that check in goes smooth n well. I would recommend this place if you want to stay in that area, toll way was just a few minutes so it was easy to commute to Houston and surrounding cities.

The property building very old but I'm sure by the passage of time they will renovate it as they have upgraded the rooms..

I wasn't too sure about staying here because of the previous establishment, but with last-minute booking and trying to stay in budget, this hotel was just what we needed. We were immediately greeted upon arrival by the owner, Mr Mike. He was so friendly and just excited about having us. The pricing was great, and after checking in and seeing the room, it put my mind at ease. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. They have a huge bar inside where you can relax and order finger foods from the restaurant. The hot breakfast had a variety of items. My overall stay was great, and I would recommend to anyone needing a budget friendly place where they are welcome and comfortable.

The only thing I would recommend is maybe adding some fresh fruits to the breakfast line and allowing the guest to be able to take their plate to go. My husband is a truck driver and because he had been up all night he didn't feel like getting out of bed and was hoping for me to bring him something back to the room but unfortunately it's not allowed. Other than this, it was great.

Well equipped and good size room. Quiet. The facilities are quite old fashioned but ,overall, everything was working just fine and the comfort was good. Well located : close to NASA, KEMAH, Downtown Houston. There is a bar inside the motel which is nice and we were offered a free drink : that was really appreciated. Nice pool. Good breakfast.

Some amenities need a refresh. Neighborhood not particularly attractive.

It was very quiet and peaceful and relaxing. Amenities were very nice, the bed and especially the pillows were very comfortable. Also the free daily breakfast was very good and filling. The staff were all very attentive and very helpful with any of my needs and/or requests.

There was only 2 issues I had....one was that the flooring in my room was not cleaned all the way. I sometimes walk around barefoot and when I did the bottoms of my feet became very dirty. My husband and I had to re-sweep and re-mop the floors again ourselves. Also there was a small opening under our room door that made it easy for us to hear outside of the room as well as others to hear inside the room I'm sure.

The most awesome place ever, the owner was very nice and made me and my family feel at home..there was a bad storm that day and he offered us to stay until the weather calmed down..and we also received a free upgrade.The room had 2 full bathrooms and an kitchen area..not to mention a bar downstairs and a free hot breakfast in the a.m...I love this hotel..we will be back

I loved everything

The staff was very kind and helpful. The breakfast was excellent not only did they have the standard diy waffle situation but they had fruit, yogurt, oatmeal not to mention the eggs, sausage plus biscuits and gravy!! Also upon check in I was given 2 free beer tickets to redeem at the bar located in the lobby!!

My only complaint is I couldn't stay longer.
