It was very clean. The staff was friendly.

The water pressure in room 215 was very low. I stayed for a month. I booked the room weekly. They said no pets and have no pets signs posted but they have about 4 or 5 cats that they let roam the property and they have their bowls of water and food under the stairs. It was far from my job but the cheapest I could find. No breakfast was offered for the price they are charging. The price got higher the longer I stayed. The price eventually reached $500 for a week and I decided to leave since that's the price for the nice room closer to my job and they offer breakfast.

The housekeeper was nice.

The price kept going up. I was asked to cancel my reservation through Booking and to book through the property itself and they would match the price. I did it once with no problem. The 2nd time the refund process was different and when booking called to tell them I was keeping my reservation with the app they told Booking I cancelled on my own. They didn't ask me to.

I stayed here for a layover that I could technically do on the airport, but I want to sleep on a proper bed. The room was super big, even with a small couch and table. the A/C was incredibly good and the room included a coffee maker with enough coffee to make 2 cups, a microwave and a small fridge. The room was clean with plenty of towels and soap for you to use. The check-in process was really fast! and in just 2 minutes I had my keycard and heading to the room on the first floor.

I had no negative points with the Hotel itself. Maybe because I was on a layover, I was not able to explore the surroundings, but I was under the impression that there was not much nearby, I think the nearest gas station with a convenience store was 500-600 mts away. If you can, bring everything you need or ask for delivery

Lovely place for exhausted travellers. A very cheap taxi ride (Uber) or Lyft, about 20 dollars from the airport. Very clean and quiet. King size bed. I personally slept like a baby in that huge bed. However, there are no restaurants nearby , just a petrol station where you can find plenty of things. Food delivery is always an option. I ordered some food and got it in less than 5 minutes. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Free Coffee machine, freezer,TV. Check out until midday or if requested till one o'clock. A lovely place indeed I strongly recommend.

Parking. I left my charger in the room and went back to retrieve it, but the room had already been cleaned, and unfortunately, no one could find it. To be fair to the staff, they advised me to call back and check if the housekeeper who cleaned the room was able to locate it.

Price was good for the offered room. Clean

I booked accidentally smoking room and asked to change if they were available. But the employee didn’t want to do anything so I had to call booking support directly about this. Booking support helped me, but not the hotel.

The breakfast was filling, and delectable. We liked the cleanliness and proximity to the Airport, and the staff were courteous, polite, and attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend this property to my friends and family

I wish there were more places to eat and shop in the area. However, that's not entirely the hotel's fault.

Very kindly stored our bags for the day. Friendly helpful staff. Location was close to airport which was good. However, there are no food shops close by, just a garage which did have quite a lot of food.

We booked this property late due to missing a flight connection at IAH. Checkin in was a breeze, we got a room on the bottom floor. Cleanliness was perfect! The sheets crisp, floor clean, nice towels, air conditioning a life saver.

Everything was fine.

Quietness. That was mainly reason for such a long-term rental.

T v didn't work most of the time. Took several tries to get channels to change. But once I got it on a good channel I kept it there.
