we didnt eat but saw people eating we had coffee to go and it was good,//** I was asked for a 100.00 dollar deposit for the room, i told them that we booked with Booking.com and Booking did noy ask for, he waved it But?? we dont smoke or tear up any rooms i felt as if they think we would do such a thing at my age........

I didn't notice that a small breakfast was included, and when I came downstairs it was already over. But the very nice people at the front desk took out some of the items which had already been put away and gave me an excellent meal. This sort of thing is what is meant by the word 'hospitality'.

I like the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. However, the breakfast should be improved as seen in other sonesta hotels where the breakfasts are elaborate and with varieties

Good location to the airport. The breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. The AC worked, the bed felt good, the shower was hot.

The fan in the bathroom sounded like it was going to explode. The property is still under renovation so the room could use some updating.

I was looking forward to the pool and it was closed down nothing looked wrong with it at all 😒 I was disappointed

I thought the breakfast could have had a bit more of a variety. But it was accommodating.

I thought the carpets could have been cleaner. But basically the hotel was clean and had a nice staff.

Not enough wash cloths. Renovations not complete ie. no towel rack no toilet paper holder no bedside lamps, broken desk chair.

It is a good sport if you have a long layover and want to rest a bit. Very close to the airport, with shuttle and good food around.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly and it WAS REALLY close to the airport saved on the LYFT !

The elevator was a bit dirty but that’s about it everything about the room was good !

Upon my arrival keys did not work the room was dirty andirty and I had to ask for it's for a set of towels that were not even in the room. The next day the toilet leaked and I had to be moved to another room.. Then I noticed things missing but I generally take pictures of everything as I take it out and lay it out and expensive set of makeup brush fenty Make up was stolen. I notified the front office and nothing was done not even a call from Management. I cut my trip short. No apology no nothing. Poor professionalism. Zero communication. Never will I come back.
