Quiet, large well appointed rooms, all the amenities you could want including a pool and hot tub, well equipped exercise room, nice business area, beautiful reception area with a fireplace and lots of comfortable seating, daily breakfast included and it is AMAZING! Lots of options from cold to hot freshly made daily, and the coffee was good, loved having the to go cups with kids as we were out and about every morning. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating.

What I Loved about this place to the managers, supervisors, cleaning ladies, Front desk ladies, They go above and beyond for, I really appreciate them for helping me and my family and having patience with me and my family is well, I really do appreciate all the Staff, So if your ever in Houston Texas ,BOOK THEM ...... I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM

At check-in, Valerie was very friendly! She actually texted me once I got in the room to see how things were going and throughout the stay. The room was very clean. It was smaller than I thought it was. But overall, it was great. I will stay there again.

The pool and hot tub were dirty. The pillows were terrible. I wish the breakfast time was a little longer. I missed breakfast every day because it was over at 9 am.

The Hotel didn't have a shuttle that ran early in the morning. I had to use an UBER to get me back to the hotel the morning I departed.

The location was near the hotel, but there wasn't any restaurants nearby. I had to UBER everywhere I went In IAH, because there wasn't any rent a cars available because there was a rodeo in town.

All of the staff that we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. While checking in and leaving. Even at 1am when we came back from a long drive. The rooms had everything we needed including a full size fridge, freezer and microwave. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean and confortable room, and cool design lobby and exterior.

Wlfi had been not available from midnight, 6 hours or more. We reserve shuttle bus to airport 8:30, but don’t come. Shuttle bus came as requesting to front.

Everything was very clean and well equipped. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly and helpful! The airport shuttle came fast and brought us to the airport.

The checkin process was a bit difficult, but eventually it worked

Andrea was amazing – from arranging airport pick up to late checkout! She is wonderful to work with, very patient, and most importantly, customer centric

The beds were super comfortable and the space the rooms are large

The door to the closet was broken and the bathroom was a bit outdated
