I had to renew my room for 4 more nights. I spoke directly with the hotel staff. They gave me a lower rate and included breakfast for my family with the new reservation. This is our 2nd time staying with this location and will definitely be back, and highly recommend them to anyone needing a good place to stay!! Oh and the staff at the breakfast every morning were amazing!!

The only small complaint was the last 2 nights of our stay there were conventions in the ball room. Which is open to the entire hotel due to design. A midnight event was held for the youth of the church organization, and they were really loud until around 2 to 3 am. It should have been held in a closed conference room. Other than that the hotel was wonderful.

The location was perfect for Chiropractor appointment with Dr.Johnson. It was easy enough to go get food and come back. Knowing there is a security guard at the entrance of the parking lot was a nice feeling knowing he is there.

Our room was on the seventh floor, to get ice I had to stop at each floor going down to the third floor where I found an ice machine that actually worked

Was a good value hotel near the aiport that provides a free shuttle. Would have been a flash hotel in it's day but is now a little tired but that is reflected in the price. Has a restaurant for a buffet breakfast plus a bar/restaurant from 5pm at night. Parking is free. There is a pool but we didn't use it. We were able to get a 5pm check out for only USD50 which we appreciated.

I would to thank Sharon from the day shift and Raven & John on the night audit shift. They all went the extra mile to make my stay very comfortable. The kindness and professionalism displayed by these staff members was an indication they care for those who stayed at the Hyatt Regency. They were very maticulas in explaining the direction of the surrounding area, such as the nearest department stores and historical sites. They are considered in my eyes, second to none in the customer service branch.

Kumar at the reception was extremely helpful to us. On the day of our departure, we needed a few hours extra and a late checkout. Kumar suggested us this option during our check in time, which was a great help. The rooms were very comfortable.

Even though the booking confirmation mentioned that there would be refrigerators in the rooms, out room didn't have any refrigerator. This was very inconvenient.

The room was clean and the air conditioning was effective. The staff was cheerful. It was quiet and peaceful in the hotel.

The business center--the printer was out of ink and I wasn't able to use the copies I printed for my project. The pool was too warm to be refreshing. It felt like bathwater. I sent my. husband down to bring me coffee, and he said the restaurant staff would only give him one for himself, that I would. have to go down and get my own.

The breakfast was amazing, over priced but very good.

The sheets were hard scratchy cotton and the pillows were so hard they weren’t comfortable. The bathroom was clean but was set for two people when I plainly booked 3 people. I have never seen thinner, flimsier cheaper toilet paper ever, anywhere. No handsoap was provided to wash hands, not even a bar of soap to use.

The service, the hotel staff went above and beyond, thank you !! The hotel's Sam restaurant has wonderful service and the food was delicious . The front desk was just great and wonderful. Thank you for helping me to get the accessible shuttle to the airport.... I forgot your names but I truly believe that all of you are wonderful. Hopefully the hotel managment knows and acknowledge you !!! They should know good people are hard to find .

The hotel was extremely nice, the food was great morning & night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was clean. Staff was working at all times.

The shower head in our room didn’t have a proper holder so when the water cut on it would do a 360 and spray everywhere. Had to continuously adjust it to make it stay in place

The room was so comfortable, very well appointed with a desk, fridge, wardrobe, comfortable armchair... everything needed for a short stay. Liked the free shuttle to the airport

The restaurant wasn't open for lunch, which meant that the only meal option if I didn't want to leave the hotel was pre-prepared sandwiches and salads from the fridge in reception. This was okay the first day, but the same salad the second day wasn't fresh.
