The location was easily excessive from the airport and highway. It would have been better, had the hotel had an elevator. Being an active elder. It would allow for better access to your room, not having to carry luggage up stairs. This I thought was potentially hazardous and inconvenient.

The room was spacious and clean, security was on duty.

No restaurants in walking distance. Tried to check in 30 minutes early and they were strict and said come back in half hour.

Last minute booking. Easy check in. Massive room with microwave and fridge. But can’t complain for the price.

Bedsheets & shower curtain had stains on them. Cockroaches under our bed.

It was quiet and the rooms were spacious! The staff was nice and they don’t bother u like most hotels staff.

They had an airport van parked out front. They had chosen to no longer use it. Cost $55 to get to the hotel from DFW and back.. more than the room!!!

None served on sight. This was ok because there was a Waffle House very close.

Maybe a continental breakfast. This is NOT a deal breaker. We loved the coffee. Thanks.

The manager was rude threatening me to ask me to leave after he didn't grant me my upgrade I earned through my rewards, upon checking out charged me 25$ out oof my 50$ deposit.

The spaciousness was a DEFINITE plus and the management was certainly top notch. Will be staying again in the very near future! Can't wait!

I tend to walk around my room barefoot and I generally detected dirt on the floor. A minor complaint sure but one that I'd give extra high marks to if they'd address it.
