I needed to be by the airport area so this location was great! The restaurant near this hotel named “the Spanish flower” was the best Mexican food. This hotel was near a lot of other hotels. Seemed pretty safe to me and staff was always at the front desk. The room was nice the water was hot. It had a microwave and a fridge. The ring light mirror in the bathroom was cool. It’s Perfect for near the airport experience and free parking. I went downtown in a uber it was about $30-40 dollars downtown is a little ways out. Airport uber is about $10-$15 but they have a free shuttle to and from the hotel. Very convenient!

The shower could be painted white or something to make this room perfect. But that’s cosmetic and not important lol.

The entire staff was marvelous. The only downside to the room was that the curtains were old and stained. I stayed for 3 days on business and was able to get all of my work done. Can't say enough kind things about the staff.

Arranging the airport shuttle required a phonecall, which was difficult as I was arriving from overseas and didn't have a SIM card. The only other negative is the location, which is rather gloomy and doesn't have a lot to offer (no restaurants, etc).

The room was exceptionally clean and everything was in working order. The bed was comfortable, the A/C worked perfectly, the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and the hot water was legitimately hot. This hit pretty much all of the important key points for me.

A really minor inconvenience, but only decaf coffee was stocked in the room. Typically I like a little caffeine in the morning, so a regular coffee or two would have been greatly appreciated. Oh well, that's really splitting hairs at this point.

This is a friendly, considerate and lovable facility. They have a perfect concierge service. I was able to keep my bags for 4 days without paying a dime when I needed to go to Dallas and didn't want to travel with much luggage. They gave me tags for identification and the bags were intact when I took them back. The airport shuttle was fantastic. The driver obliged when I told him to stop by a shop for me to pick some items. The reception staff were friendly, helpful and cheerful. The breakfast was superb with varieties to select from. It is very close to IAH.

The door was a bit difficult for me to swipe initially and I thought it was deactivated. I later mastered the technique.

The breakfast was good and included a waffle maker(: it was quiet, clean and comfortable. The workers were all nice and courteous! I felt safe! The shuttle was there when needed for airport transporting. My linens were clean. They had dove soap and shampoo (:

Peeled paint off the tub, some electrical problems with the light (bad bulb, maybe)and outlets(they worked but were loose), the windows were DIRTY. The smell of cleaning hemicals was high but not in the rooms.

Very comfortable room in general, it is close to the airport and it includes shuttle and breakfast. Very good relation cost/benefits. I was aware too late but walking distance are several places to have a quick meal (Burger King, Popeye, and a couple more). Also the staff was very helpful to open the breakfast some minutes earlier for us because we had to leave at 6 am (when it just opens)

I think maybe breakfast might be a bit better if you want to have a full breakfast. However it is unfair to say that because it was perfect for my needs as I needed something quick (Available: Cereal, egg, sausage, bread, waffles, coffee, juice)

I had an incredibly satisfying experience during my 16-hour layover at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally polite, kind, and accommodating. The hotel room was impeccably clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The transfer process was seamless and effortless, thanks to the helpful and friendly drivers. I would definitely choose to stay here again in the future. Highly recommended!

While my overall experience was incredibly positive, the only minor inconvenience I encountered was having to wait a bit longer than expected to get the room. However, I understand that this was beyond the hotel's control, as I had requested an early check-in and they were transparent about it being subject to availability. So, I don't consider this a negative aspect of my stay, but rather a factor of circumstance. Overall, it was still a fantastic experience, and I appreciate the hotel's honesty and professionalism in managing my expectations.
