Breakfast was ok, little disorganized in its layout, but not a big deal. Location was great, easy to get to IAH. Room was clean and new feeling.

During breakfast in the morning a Hispanic female employee came out and yelled at a Hispanic/Arab male employee at the front desk. She yelled at him in front of everyone- I was sitting in the booth breakfast table in the middle of the lobby and I could hear her. The guy took it well, didn’t make a scene, but the lady was so rude and disrespectful to him, telling him he needed to do his job. It’s just so unprofessional, he could have needed reprimanding, but not humiliating, no one needs that. She was out of line.

Breakfast didn’t have a great selection. It tasted good, but they only had basics. Which surprised me The rooms were clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was quiet and a very nice hotel to stay in. We got in late , so we really didn’t need to talk with staff. Only to schedule a shuttle back to airport for rent a car. The shuttle driver was very nice and helpful Over all it was great

I was disappointed that the shuttle to airport didn’t run later at night - The food selection wasn’t that great, but it tasted good what was there There was no body lotion at all, even body soap in shower- I have stayed at lesser priced hotels, and they had a better selection for toiletries. Normally I wouldn’t care , but if you don’t have your suitcase , and this being by airport, you would think you would have more to offer.

Clean, lovely decor , spacious rooms with comfortable bed and couch/sofa bed, plenty of lights. Staff definitely pleasant and always wanting to please guest.

Need an actual handle on bathroom pocket door. Need a taller commode and an exhaust fan in bathroom. Expected more with the hot breakfast (sausage patties could have browned a little longer and expected scrambled eggs and not pre-made eggs patties)... main entrance could use a little more sprucing/refreshing with flowers and landscape. Thermostat in room was extra cold.

Clean, modern, and comfortable. The room was plenty spacious for our family of 5 not to feel cramped and on top of each other. Great options at breakfast.

Not really a dislike, but there were a few cosmetic things in our room that needed attention. Broken/missing floor boards in the bathroom, sink drainage issues, and our bathroom door didn’t lock. Nothing major and nothing that disrupted our stay.

We were a party of one older couple and an adult daughter. The daughter's bed was a fold out couch that was comfortable and met expectations. The great thing is this foldout couch can be separated by a pullout curtain allowing her and the older couple some privacy

my memory is this bathroom in this room had a sliding door to open and close it. I dislike these types of doors that have been designed due to the space limitations of rooms. The bathrooms are also all shower only rooms, no bathtubs,. The women in our group like bathtubs over showers but there was no option for that.

Our stay was excellent! Y'all's staff was always super nice and ready to help in no time. Provided a countertop stove and skillet for me to cook with my family

We didn't like the breakfast much but that is only because we prefer eggs and bacon stuff like that. The waffles were great tho!

Breakfast was good. As the hotel got busier as it got closer to the weekend the poor breakfast lady was busy and sometimes you had to wait for hot food to come out or you had to wait for clean plates or bowls.

First night we got there the shampoo was empty no biggie but the second night the body wash ran out too. We told the front desk as we was heading out the door and they jumped right on it.

It is very clean, reception people and airport shuttle drivers are very helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient for airport transfer.

Airport shuttle is running between certain hours and it was one service every hour in the morning which may cause early arrival to airport but considering traffic issues and crowded security checks, it may not be a bad idea. There are not many restaurants around and especially after 9 pm it is only a Waffle House.

The space in the room was incredible. I was impressed to find a personal welcome message on the screen. That was a good addition. I appreciate having the kitchenette, the sofa, ottoman, and a very c9mfortabl3 bed. As a travel agent I look for hotels like this and would choose quality over cost.

I really loved that it was super quiet and such a comfortable stay Everything was spotless and I will definitely come again great price and I was able to choose my room Check in was super quick super easy

Only thing was that my hallway was freezing it felt more cold than outside lol
