Location from airport and shuttle service, breakfast, weight room, and pool. Would be nice to have a pool with the option to be inside or outside. It was 95 in TX with heat index 101

Internet wasn't available during our entire stay. So, I was not able to access streaming services. The parking lot arm gate....when buzzed no one was available to lift so we could enter. The shuttle was blocking the parking lot entrance.

Clean / comfortable room, with a nice bathroom and shower. It was nice to find a safe in the room. The restaurant / bar had reasonable food. A limited choice, but was good quality. It was close / convenient for the airport.

I was only there for a couple of days and had ridiculously early flights, so my use of the hotel was limited. There wasnt anything i didnt particularly like about the hotel.

The breakfast is hearty and wholesome. Plenty to choose from and the layout and presentation of breakfast is lovely. The restaurant is good too! The main waiter there is fantastic. I recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. The rooms are comfortable and in general everyone is pleasant and helpful. I recommend this hotel for an overnight airport stay coming into San Jose Costa Rica and/or leaving CR. It's super convenient and close to the airport. Just beware of traffic and plan ahead to get to the airport. It is close but traffic can be brutal depending on the time of day and it can get blocked up around the airport at times, especially after 3PM and until about 7 or 8PM at night. Weekends there is less traffic but there is still some traffic so just a word of caution about the traffic in San Jose.

Room was not cleaned well. Old soap in the bathroom in the shower. Dust on the ice bucket etc. Coffee maker in the room does not work.

Room had a nice contemporary look. Bathroom was bright and very spacious! Furnishings gave it an aesthetic feel.

The wood combined with dark green walls in the room gave it a very dark, compressed feel.

The people were friendly and very helpful.

We were checked into a room that had broken curtains and blinds. Wasn’t able to open the curtains or blinds. Had to be moved to another room.

This is my second time here and once again it was good overall! Checking in was a freeze because of booking.com. I had a good view, it was 24/7 front desk, the indoor pool was open and pretty cool. parking wasn’t to bad. The had a few stores/restaurants pretty close and stayed open late so that was good!

I didn’t like that breakfast was $5 a person.. very inconvenient! The bar nor restaurant was open but the pool was? lol that’s wired they blame everything on covid now days.. since we stayed 4 nights we had to request for house keeping so when we did I was told “they where full and couldn’t do it” I ran into one of the house keepers before requesting it and she rudely yelled NO and pointed at her list as in I wasn’t on it so they only brought towels. We also seen a few begs roaming around the room(only 2) but I figured it was because of the weather changing or whatever but they was like small begs so I didn’t bother to take a pic.

It was close. It was clean.

I asked for housekeeping and was told they were gone for the day? I believe a Hotel like Four Points Sheraton should have a 24 hour staff.

Close to the airport and the pool was a great temperature.

We were given a room that was being worked on then had to go back down to get another.

The front desk was exceptional especially the young lady who check me in. Every time I stay here, this young lady is professional and polite. Great customer service is the paramount and foundation of a great business as well as loyal customers.
