Eventhough hotel was in process of renovation it was clean. First room had been remodeled but needed a battery for smoke detector. It was kind of small and tv didn't work either. Staff promptly changed our room. It was older not remodeled yet but a lot bigger and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Bed was very comfortable.

No ice machine, no breakfast, and pool closed.

Always clean and maintained well by staff. Which by the way I would like to add that, Libby the front desk receptionist, is amazing! Very welcoming and does her best to service your needs making your stay there feel even better! This is def one of my go-to hotels I like to stay at! Not only only because of Libby and the rest the wonderful staff but because that place is truly a good nice hotel for a very affordable price!! THANKS RAMADA BY WYNDAM STAFF!! Keep the great work and positivity!

The one and only thing that I don’t like at the property would have to be that the bar is not open yet :( … I believe they’re looking for bartenders to have it open so if any bartenders out there are looking for a job, definitely go to the Ramada on JFK and inquire about it. And that’s it

Hotel was fine for one night but the cleaners need to calm down with the bleach. There was a strong smell all over, perhaps they just need to air out the property. Staff was helpful and the breakfast had plenty for everyone. Unfortunately shuttle service stopped before my flight arrived so I had to take an uber. There are 2 hotels with the same long name in the uber app (so you don't realize you are going to the wrong one) so it became an expensive mistake. Watch out and use the address if you get an uber/taxi

Overly strong smell if bleach and other cleaning materials.

Rooms were and are just as described in the pictures. Pool and rooms were very clean.

There was a strong smell like marihuana in the whole down level hallway and front desk, although it’s a non smoking hotel (just like any other hotel) the smell was very strong and awkward. Front desk guy at night shift was nice about it and said he would take care of it. Other than that, rooms clean, friendly staff, pool clean and rooms are just as described in pictures.

Achully we were to go to this but due to the prvios day strom this perticuler hotel had an electricity falier and we were direct to the owners another hotel Green Tree Hotel . I am referring to that Hotel and remarks please !

Nothing bad to say ! All were very good!

Free shuttle to and from the airport

I stayed for 7 days, 6 nights, for only the first 4 nights, the room was cleaned. After that, the housekeeper neglected and failed to clean my room and changed my towels for one whole day. On one occasion she failed to put my toiletteries, coffee, cups, sugar etc and my towels.

Clean and very spacious room. Perfect location to reach IAH airport within a 10 minute drive. The WC was not flushing properly and they promptly sent a member of the staff to fix it. In case you need it there is a 24 h restaurant in front of the structure (the staff there is pretty rude but out of need at least you find something to eat).

Great option for overnight stay. It's quite comfortable and vlean despite the fact it's not renovated. It is located 7 min from airport so it is noisy nevetherless during night okay. You need to call for a shuttle. Breakfast is enough for the money. I would definitely recommend for cheap overnight staying.

Staff a bit lazy

Location was very good for the airport.

The shuttle bus could have been much better. I had to wait 40 minutes at the airport after a long flight, though the hotel is only 10 minutes away. On departure I booked the shuttle bus for a specific time along with another hotel resident but when it arrived there was only room for one of us. As they only run every 30 minutes this was a bit stressful.

The room was large, and clean all the fixtures and appliances worked and looked nice. There is a 24-hour diner within walking distance, so if you're hungry late at night after a flight, you don't have to go far to find food. Being a non-smoking hotel, the room smelled nice and clean.

The TV service wasn't good and there was no way to connect my laptop to the TV. A bit noisy since it's by the airport but that wasn't really too much of a problem for me personally.
