Staff was nice, very friendly and helpful. Shuttle service came very fast after contacting the desk. In the morning dropped me off as agreed. Accommodation was very clean and nice seems to be taken care of very well. Room as well. Bed was comfortable. Wifi everywhere. Variety options for breakfast. Definitely recommend this place and for sure will come back

I wish windows could be possible to open to get some fresh air from outside

Comparing to most hotels in this price range the breakfast was above average. Nothing to write home about, however sufficient. We usually travel in a group of 3, and especially in the US this is a problem as we all require own beds. Finding rooms with three beds in the US is not easy and this hotel is the welcome exception.

To order a transfer from the airport is a little bit complicated if you land in the US and do not have local sim card.

Solid experience. The room was clean and spacious, which I really appreciated after a long day, ramen machine was a welcome surprise. Breakfast was eggs, sausage, waffles, and coffee, so I was good to go. Plus, being close to the airport with a free shuttle made everything way easier. Definitely a reliable spot for the price!

My family and I absolutely loved everything about Comfort Suites, especially the staff! Paula, Dom, Rakeem, and Jennifer were very friendly and helpful. Even the cleaning lady was nice. There were 5 of us and we had a lot of space in our room.

I really wish yall had kitchenettes.

I thought my family and I would be able to use the pool while we were there. Didn’t find out we didn’t have access to it until arrival at after we checked in and asked about pool times.

The room was exceptionally clean and fresh. Sheets, pillows, towels & wash cloths were clean, fresh and not worn out. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff.

A clock alarm/radio would have been nice.

The owner management drove me to the airport since there were no taxis and this was so kind of him it helped me being on time at the airport. Thank you very much sir it was highly appreciated. Philippe Lerat

Everything was outstanding!

Didn’t know there was no pool Access anymore. It was a heartbreaker. Everything else was great! The breakfast was extra special!!!

Price was reasonable and location was close to airport.

The website and the shuttle operated on a 24/7 schedule, however, the hotel shuttle did not begin until 5:00am.
