It was super easy to take the shuttle from the airport. Fortunately at check in the front desk employee was able to move our room by the elevator to a quieter room. Staff was super friendly. We loved the spa water in the lobby. Once we got our car (we left it long term across the street at the Sheraton for a small fee), parking was ample and we didn't need a permit or to put anything in the car to park just outside the front door. The shower was great, as were the provided toiletries. The room was big and we were even able to watch a movie without commercials on the provided cable TV on a comfy small sofa and matching big chair (I feel like it's rare these days that there is ample comfortable seating for 2 people in a hotel room). My husband was also able to work comfortably the next morning with the desk and provided office chair.

Bed was a too soft and bedding overly hot (even in winter); we both woke up hot/with the other moving quite a bit. The shuttle from airport is shared with the Sheraton so be patient/provide extra time. It was too cold to enjoy the pool or outdoor area, but they looked great!

The breakfast was a very pleasant surprise. There was everything. I never eat breakfast and expected to consider a waste of money as I expecyed only to drink juice and coffee. I ended up eating two types of eggs bacon and sausage, fruit and croisant as my next meal was after 6pm when I got home to California. Also always love the chocolate cookies. The shuttle to and from the airport always a huge convenience.

That I was unable to regulate thevair conditioner and was only able to turn off the fan. That the light from the closet could not turn off and I need complete darkness (the heavy curtains were perfect. And no shower cap provided in the bathroom so could not use the shower as did not want to get my head wet. (Minor things for a very comfortable one night stay).

loved the large room. We just got off a cruise and having the extra room to organize our luggage and the extra space to sit and relax was great. Breakfast was wonderful along with a great staff. Location to the airport was good a short drive.

only thing that could of been better was the communication about the breakfast. It was included but we did not receive breakfast vouchers when we checked in so when we went to eat breakfast they asked us how we were going to pay. explained it was included and she went to the front desk and it was all worked out in the end but the awkwardness could of been avoided.

The shuttle service back to the airport was excellent. However, the hotel could have been much clearer on where the shuttle picked customers at the airport. I found it very difficult to locate the pick-up point. Staff at the airport tried to be helpful but were also unsure as to where the shuttle bus picked-up passengers. In the end I had to get a taxi when there was really no need to. Please make this issue very clear by e-mail when the booking has been made.

- It offers free shuttle to and from IAH airport at every 30 minutes. - The name 'Hilton' will explain many things of this hotel.

- No centralized light control from a single location. (Ex. Bed) So I need to go to each light switch to control it. - I hope that the counter is more courteous to a customer.

After being delayed on a flight so we had to find an overnight hotel in Houston, the staff were so warm and welcoming, they made sure we had dinner service even though it was late, and we were a family of 10 travelling together. Were able to relax in the pool and hot tub the next day before heading back to the airport for our long flight. Would recommend.

super close to the airport and the shuttle bus made if easy. we were lucky and did not have to wait long for the bus. taco bell it just next door so we ate there instead of trying the restaurant

expensive... for one night I though it was just too much but nowadays everything is expensive. not much sound proof. you can hear everything

Great location if you need access to Houston International Airport. We had a one night layover and this property was perfect. They have a free shuttle, a good bar/restaurant that stays open fairly late, and the rooms are large and comfortable.

The bathroom is a little dated and could stand to be updated.

The staff were friendly and so nice, breakfast good, room was comfortable and it made for a very pleasant overnight stay

Shuttle service to and from airport is a plus. The hotel is very accommodating. We especially chose this hotel because it does have a restaurant and bar. So appreciated being able to get a drink and supper after a very long day of flying. Beds were comfy and pillows were great. Good shower too with bottles on wall for shampoo & conditioner.
