The room was spacious and very comfortable. The beds were great!

Everything for breakfast was PLASTIC. Why do you use styrofoam plates and bowls? They are terrible for the environment. Then everything is wrapped in plastic, cutlery, coffee cups, drinking cups, etc. This was the one downer about my stay. Please change this and be kind to the environment and to me. We stayed at this hotel after our cruise as it is close to the airport and has a free shuttle to the airport. We arrived early due to having to leave the ship early and the front desk person kept our luggage in a room until we could enter our room. There are tables to play cards, read, or watch tv until our room was ready. We were able to get into our room early which was great. The room was spacious. The shower floor was slippery and when mentioned to the front desk, they were aware that this was an issue as other patrons had said the same thing, Note, as this hotel is close to the airport, you can hear the planes overhead. We kept the fan on constant and could not hear the planes. There was the standard breakfast food which was great.

I like about the place we stayed in was the Continental breakfast and also that theirs hot coffee ready all day around and also their was someone always in the front desk to help us out

What I disliked about the stay is that they didn't come to the room to at least take out the trash we had a lot of trash because we had diaper changes and we brought food I had to get bags to put my trash in because they didn't come by to get the stuff ready also in the mirror in the restroom it says they change the towels daily they didn't come by to change my towels other than that it was a good stay

Clean and comfortable. Close to airport. Hotel had a nice lobby with coffee and water available. It did also have a nice outdoor pool (however, a hot tub would have been nice)

This is an airport hotel. A hotel that exists only because of it's proximity to the airport. It should, therefore, provide round the clock shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle service is very limited and is not available at all at night and only hourly for limited hours during the day. This is unacceptable and meant we needed to hire an Uber. Also, there is nothing in the area. One restaurant only. An industrial area so walking wasn't very exciting.

We go to this hotel regularly and have always been satisfied with the quality/price ratio. The hotel is also a few minutes from the airport and the hotel shuttle works perfectly. Now we see that they have made changes and progress for the better. They have modernized the equipment, improved the equipment in the bathrooms. They have also renovated the hotel lobbies and the elevator. We like it more and more here and we will come back again. I love the garden with the pool.

We would appreciate longer opening hours at the pool. It would be nice to be able to swim early in the morning. A hot breakfast could be improved.

The comfort of the rooms and the beds where nice. All the areas where we walk were clean and smelled good. My family liked the experience and the breakfast was ok, all you needed where available

The sounds and shakes of the elevator was disturbing. This was at the ups, not so likely at the downs. And other thing is that the brass of the inner walls was unpolished, its seams to be older than the hotel

The room was very comfortable with an excellent bed and a good selection of pillows. We had a poolside view which was quieter than the north or west facing rooms. The breakfast buffet included scrambled eggs and sausage and there was free coffee in the lobby at all times. There are several restaurants nearby and the hotel includes a shuttle which arrives very quickly when picking up at the airport.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean. It had a free shuttle to the airport which runs every hour starting at 6am. I couldn't figure out how to call the shuttle from the airport so I took an uber to the hotel and the free shuttle back to the airport later. Staff was very friendly and well organized. I would stay again.

The pictures were a bit weird; a photographer pointing a camera at you and a face covered by a feather. It made it hard to sleep with those pictures. I would have preferred something more generic like shapes, flowers or a landscape.

Was nice and clean! But The transportation service to the airport was denied since the flight I had scheduled was at 6 am and they said that they did not have transportation service for that flight. The receptionists were indifferent and rude.

Everything was great about the visit - breakfast was nice- room was clean and fresh and we had no qualms about walking around the surrounding areas.

Upon arrival there were a couple of guests in front of us and there was only one clerk at the desk. The clerk was helping someone over the phone for quite a few minutes and - in my opinion - should have at least acknowledged the waiting guests or said - give me a few minutes and i will be with you - instead of continuing her phone conversation.
