Great practice, decent location, clean and comfortable.

The breakfast had limited options. Water wasn't hot enough for oats. The drawers in the room kept opening on their own. Cable channels didn't match the guide.

The breakfast was good, wish there were more fresh items. However, considering it was free I appreciate what was served. The location of the hotel was good for me because of shopping near by

The television didn’t have a guide to know what stations were available and what you were looking at. I’m a tv person so this frustrated me. The stations available were good but I couldn’t determine what to look at before programs started

The staff. Emily went beyond for me. Our original room smelled of smoke. And she went above & beyond and switched us to a new room for the 2nd night.

The 4th floor way has a smell. We originally had room 429 and it smelled of smoke & musk so bad. We got moved to 417 the 2nd night. And it was a huge improvement. But that moist musk smoke smell was still around. Just a lot less.

We are very happy with all staff. Very diligent, kind, and respectful. The room was clean, the AC worked excellent, beds are very comfortable.

They need more bath towels for rooms. When we arrived on Sunday, all towels were dirty but staff was very diligent to provide us with bath towels as soon as they had clean towels. They needs more carts for luggage. They have just 1 cart, and we had to carry on our luggage to the room. More variety on breakfast (more fruits, yogurt, and bacon

It’s a nice hotel and the staff are great! Everything looked clean inside and out. I was in a king suite and it was very comfortable. The AC worked great. There were a lot of restaurants, and shops within walking distance. There were even 3 massage businesses within walking distance. One being a foot massage. There were 4 floors and I didn’t really hear too many doors slamming.

Getting to and leaving the hotel was a little inconvenient because it was on a one way service road next to interstate 45

The front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I had accidentally booked the wrong room and she was able to put us in the right room.

The breakfast is horrible. They don’t have waffles, baggies, bacon, or much of anything for breakfast. They do have cheerios, raisin bran without raisins, toast, eggs and sausage. Not much to choose from. That would be my only complaint.

Breakfast was ok but they used to closed the kitchen door atelast 5 mintues before ending time and sometimes when waffle part is broken, they did not fix and said, its not working.

The swimming pool water was so cold and they should improve the breakfast menu with few vegetables, fruits.

This would be my 2nd stay at a LaQuinta and both times have excellent. The staff was great, nice had a small issue and it was fixed real fast no problem at all, loved the location, the breakfast was alot and was good as well. Will be staying again.

The only problem I had was that the pillows in the room we were in were not so soft or comfortable which is probably why there are over 5 pillows on a bed lol but that was about the only issue I felt there was.

It was clean. The bed was comfortable. The ac worked great. The breakfast was good.

Had to wait almost 20 minutes to check in because no one was at the desk. The bath tub creaked every time you moved while showering. There was a noise you could hear from the bathroom. I'm not sure what it was coming from. It sounded like water running or something like that. The bathroom was very hot! The hallway was also hot. The thermostat was set at 78 in the hall.

I loved this property! Very clean, new with comforable beds, amenities like microwave good sized fridge and coffee in room. Breakfast was sausage scrambled eggs toast cereal. Friendly staff. Just booked a second time in case my power isn't back on after hurricane Beryl!

Would have liked fluffier pillows but i slept fine and room was quiet.
