Very comfortable bed. Good size room. The shower room and toilet room were separate, which is always great!

I called the front desk to ask for a shuttle pick up from the airport, and the number on the reservation rang for over 20 times each of the three times I called., and no one answered. Fortunately for me, there was another traveler that had made contact to request a shuttle, so I was able to go with them to the hotel. Also, I paid over$200 for one night, but there wasn't even one complimentary bottle of water available in the room! I live in Europe and all European hotels I've ever visited had at least one complimentary bottle of water per night, sometimes 2 (one natural and one frizante). I think that's a nice touch.

Everything was excellent but what I liked the most was the bathrooms. One has a toilet and a sink. In the other one was the shower and a bigger sink. The beds were very comfortable, and the room was very big. Breakfast was very good too although there was no waffle maker. I wish I could remember the name of the lady who helped us who was super nice. I think it was Alicia. The lobby is nice too, and the hotel is about 20 minutes from the Bush International airport.

The person at the front desk could have been nicer. We got there at 2:00am after a long flight and we were exhausted.

After missing an international longhaul flight at 10pm, I needed to find a hotel. My call to the SpringHill Suites Houston was immediately answered, concise instructions were given on finding the shuttle, which arrived within 5 minutes, the receptionist provided me with a few snacks and I was so glad to find myself safe for the night. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The next day I was able to sit in the lobby rather than going to the airport, a much nicer way to spend 6 hours.

We got a room for disables so it is quite convenient to use facilities in it. The two bathrooms are spacious and easy to access. Beds are lower than common ones. Breakfast is OK to be a continental standard. A shuttle takes guests to IAH.

The charge on my card was larger than the real lodging fee. It includes a surcharge that will be refunded. The staff did not explain it clearly when I checked in. Due to its location close to IAH, lodging fee is higher than other same-level hotels.

We stayed one night. We arrived at around 11 pm in the airport. I called the front desk for the free shuttle. The receptionist was very helpful and let us know where to go. The checkin and checkout process was easy. Our suite was spacious and the layout was nice. We had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was included in the rate and there was a variety to choose from.

The breakfast was excellent, more than expected, there was a good variety to choose from. I had a quiche type egg with spinach and more it was very good. My husband enjoyed the eggs and sausages.

I have no complaints, it was all good. Honestly if a person could not find something that they like for breakfast with the variety offered then I couldn’t suggest what to add.

I like the fact that the facility was very close to the airport. As you enter the hotel, it smelled very pleasant. The front desk receptionist was nice and friendly. Restaurants were in close proximity to the hotel. The shuttle was on time and very pleasing. I enjoyed my stay overall

I didn't like the fact that the eggs were a little runny for breakfast.

We arrived quite late after 10.30 no hotel shuttle available but we were lucky other hotel shuttle from the hotel group brought us to the hotel otherwise we have to use taxy or uber.. in the morning the shuttle drop us to the car crental office directly not at the airport and very close to the hotel. Save slot of time.

No shuttle after 10 pm even you call the hotel and notice at the airport shuttle availsble until 1130 pm

Close to the airport, therefore some plane noise- but not excessively noisy. I thought the room was extremely well designed and comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly good, I didn't realise how hungry I was until I started eating. The food available was sufficient to cater to all tastes.

I was not unhappy regarding any aspects of the hotel.

It's a Marriott so you know what to expect. I've never had a bad experience at a Marriott property. The continental breakfast in the morning was great. It's close to the airport so that was super convenient for our morning flight. The shuttle to the airport is a huge plus, it runs almost all day every half hour.
