Paula at the front desk was wonderful as were shuttle drivers. Cafe is fine but definitely overpriced

1- Biggest problem is that the king bed was placed sideways so it seemed (and was) very short but wide. Should have been against the side wall, one of the nightstands was set for that. For both of us, (I am short) our feet hung over the end. 2- Cafe is ok but we were charge for bigger glasses of wine than we wanted and were not offered the size option - girl did credit it. 3- Shower - the sliding piece should be on the outside near the shower head so water doesn't flow to floor. There was a plastic strip to help that. 3- there should be half and half (not just powder creamer) in the room for coffee. 4- there should be a 'to go' breakfast (muffin or similar) for those who have to catch 7am shuttle.

The person who was in charge at the restaurant the evening I was there (Dec. 12, 2024) was AMAZING. I came in late -- was at the wrong hotel and was able to get a room anyway with no fuss. I took a shower and then realized room service was not available and that the bar/restaurant was closing shortly. I ran down 20 minutes before close and was told to relax and take my time. I quickly ordered, and the lady made sure I had everything I needed and put it all in an easy to carry bag. I would stay at this hotel again just because of her. The desk staff was also fabulous, and a male housekeeping staff member noticed while I was leaving that I was struggling with my luggage and helped me carry it to the elevator quickly! FABULOUS STAFF!

Traffic caused me to miss my flight and the next thing going was 5:00am, so I decided to stay near instead of the airport. I am so glad I did, Courtyard by Marriott was not only right up the street from Terminal A, walking in put me in a state of peace. The staff was more than user-friendly, the appearance was first rate with the Bistro inviting me to sample the menu and the room was spot on with a bed fit to ease my tensions... I will definitely be staying here again with or without a missed flight.

The check in was very quick, front desk was very friendly and helpul. The room was clean and there were plenty of towels. I did not eat there. I was there due to an unexpected layover and the hotel was very accomadating.

I was not able to buy simple travel neccessities like toothpaste, toothbush or comb. It appeared to be out of stock. I was not offered water as a Bonvoy member.

The room was modern, clean, and beautiful! What really threw it to the top of my list as that the staff immediately asked me when my flight was (it was super early) and recommended putting me on the bottom floor to make sure I was not fighting for the elevator. Also, that bathroom was stunning!! Tall ceilings really made the space feel large.

We like everything. The entire staff displayed a courteous and friendly service. We forgot a men's suit in our room, and as soon as we got in touch with them to make shipping arrangements, Madelyn Noyola was extremely helpful. Our room was quiet, clean, and very comfortable. The hotel lobby and public areas were also clean and nice.

The proximity to the airport is great! The hotel is very nice. The room was very ample and the beds comfy. Staff was very friendly.

No breakfast. You have to buy at the "bistro" and they close right at 9:30. We showed up at 9:37 just to get coffee. The attendant was talking to another staff member. We asked about coffee and she just looked at the time and said "we're closed." She didn't even look at us.

The way we were received by reception lady upon arrival for check in! Ofcourse we were 2 hours early prior official check in time 15:00hrs. But at 14:00 hrs that same lady called us, that we could check in at the floor we wanted at the rear side of hotel! Then the noise cancellation measures at this hotel are insufficient. IAH is nearby, obvious, but thin walls and glass not enough layered to keep noise out.

There were two people at the reception desk and they were both so friendly and so helpful, and one of the guys was even personable and joked around a little bit! I pretty much always stay here for my regular travel for work and as soon as I walked in the door, it always smells so good and it felt like home!

Very close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service to the airport. It has a bistro at the main floor you can dine in. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance as well. The staff are very friendly. Checking in and out was really easy.
