It was easy check in and out. They had a luggage cart, which was very helpful. The breakfast was out even before 6am and it was a decent breakfast for a chain hotel. I had bacon, oatmeal, and scrambled eggs.

I went out to my car at night and came back to the hotel and my key didn’t work. The lady who reset the key was pretty crabby with me about it, though I hadn’t done anything wrong. She said so had though, “you out the key next to your phone and it’s gonna lose its programmin.” But the guy in the morning was supper helpful at checkout and even let me know about some traffic that was building up on one road, so I could avoid that on my way to the airport.

The breakfast was excellent quality that exceeded those of the better known hotel chains. All the staff were most courteous and accommodating. The rooms were well equipped, clean, and comfortable. It was very close to the Houston airport, so excellent for late arriving flights.

We really can't think of anything better the hotel could have provided. The following is unrelated to the hotel: my friends arrived just after midnight and would you believe, a big international airport like IAH had no taxis available. Uber was the only option and the surge pricing was outrageous. (We knew beforehand that the hotel did not provide shuttle but anticipated taxis would be available.)

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items. Hotel was spotlessly clean.

Location wasn't so good. Not within walking distance to any eateries apart garage next door which had limited options food wise. Would have been ok if we had a car but we didn't and so had to use Ubers all the time which became costly!!

The breakfast was really good. Staff kept everything clean. The staff was very friendly. From the time we arrived to the time we left. We had one issue there and they fixed it immediately. The room was nice and clean. The location was greats. It’s next to a convenience store right next to us and more surrounding stores. There was a short distance to most of the places we were going. Absolutely love everything about this hotel and staff.

Couldn’t see anything wrong with the hotel. Except the elevators stop working after a certain time at night and you have to use the stairs.

SUPERB location if you are driving, very friendly staff and great breakfast. Pricing is unbeatable, you'd easily eat more than it costs a day here in Houston.

Very loud traffic - noise level at night can reach 55-60dB. AC noise is significant as well but at this point it's just a norm in the US where infrastructure is aging everywhere. I had to turn off the AC to sleep, but luckily despite high temperature during my stay, room temperature was more than bearable and only raises a few F from 66 degrees before I turn it off (I'm fat with very little tolerance to heat so I'm sure 99% of people will be fine)

Clean and spacious. Bed was comfy. Good breakfast. Friendly and efficient check-in that was understanding of the circumstances with my flight getting canceled.

Road noise on side of hotel facing highway is quite bad. This could be improved with better windows I think. Room lighting was also very harsh. They used bright whites on white and blue instead of softer colors.

It was sooooo clean and staff is very friendly . We actually booked another room at another location for the weekend. But when we got there the ac didn’t work , and more… we decided to take the loss and book here … it was not a disappointment at all!

O loved everything about this stay !

I had a layover of 14 hours due to wether. I had to book a last minute hotel to stay in Houston. I was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and comfortable it was, specially after spending all day in airports. In addition, the breakfast is included, I also was expecting coffee and maybe a bagel, the breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Again, it was really good. The staff was also very helpful and quick to help.

Rooms very nice and clean, friendly staff Jackie is very professional and super sweet. We enjoyed the breakfast and Karen was very helpful and kept the breakfast area nice and clean she was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that is looking for a good deal and excellent service

night staff disinterested, borderline rude; the hotel is situated next to a freeway - rooms facing the road are very noisy; Although I requested a quiet room in the booking and asked the (disinterested) night staff for a room facing the back when checking in, I got a room facing the road. Although close to the airport, Uber will charge between $15-$20.
