This was my first try for the Palace. Though the pictures showed modern, clean rooms,I was skeptical. But I took a chance. Boy, was I shocked: clean, clean, clean!!! My room was excellent! Clean floor, clean sheets, clean pillows (no hair), clean bathroom, clean furniture. Housekeeping must take pride in their work. Very comfortable bed, Whenever I travel through George Bush Intercontinental, THIS IS THE ONLY PROPERTY I WILL BOOK. No need to look for another when you've found THE BEST. This place takes pride in their property and shows it cares for guests. 10 STARS!!! Thank you, Vic!

OMG - I LOVED MY STAY! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN HOME IN PANAMA (THE ONE WITH THE CANAL), BUT MY PASSPORT RENEWAL GOT "STUCK." THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL. COMFORT AND CLEANLINESS SO BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. AND SAFETY... I AM NEVER SCARED SINCE I AM A GIANT VIKING-TYPE, WAS PHENOMENAL. TRULY PHENOMENAL EVEN THE WIFI WAS SUPER SECURE. I wish I could keep them a secret, but I also wish I could give them an Academy Award for all who were involved with my stay.

If I had to be finicky...a trash can in the GIANT, ULTRA CLEAN, bathroom.

Very Clean and modern looking in the room. Outside walkway impeccably clean. Has an outside elevator to second floor. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Booking.com wanted to charge me a $10.53 fee to upgrade to a room with a toilet. I spoke with the hotel as soon as I saw that and of course they have toilets in all their rooms...shame on Booking .com for mis-information on this hotel (very nice place to stay near the airport) and trying to scam people.

I am very fussy about cleanliness and this place is very clean the pillow smell fresh. The room was very clean. The washroom was very clean and they had great body wash.

The sheets are understandably, not the greatest a bit rough and got very hot, no duvet cover, but the mattress was comfortable enough for what you’re paying and what you’re getting

It's conveniently located near the airport, so it's great when you have a canceled flight or layover, which was our case. Very affordable, tidy, and spacious. There's coffee and even a couple of disposable toothbrushes in the room. There's no carpet also, so floors are nice & clean :-) Highly recommend!

Only thing was the traffic or airplane noises, but that's to be expected being where the location is.

The man at the front desk was very welcoming. With the heat right now it was a pleasure to walk in a lobby with complimentary ice cold drinks, a slushy machine, and a snack bar. They have a working elevator, an ice and vending machines nearby. Gorgeous shower with a nice size room. Gourmet coffee in the room. Very relaxing

The location is the the only downside. It's right off the freeway so it's noisy, due to that. It's right at the exit for Will Clayton so it easy to miss because you have to immediately get over to the right after the exit ramp.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The grounds, lobby, and room were all very, very clean. The property has been recently remodeled in a modern and tasteful way. The parking lot is very well lit and open. We felt safe. I am extremely picky about where I will sleep, especially with my children. This motel far exceeded my expectations for the very budget- friendly price and last second nature of our trip. Highly recommend.

There is some freeway noise, but it honestly didn't bother us. We slept very hard and comfortably. The freeway noise isn't something the property owners can help. It is right on the access road of the freeway and super easy to find & access.

The stuff was friendly, and the check-in was quick. The room was equipped with nice toiletries and other amenities. It has exceeded my expectations.

The traffic noise from the highway. But hey, let's stay realistic, I was aware of this circumstance due to the location.

Location was close to airport and room was very clean

This motel is right on a highway and we had a room that faced the highway and we could hear it all night long. The room was very clean though. The "breakfast" is all ultra processed low quality food, would not suggest planning to eat there.

It was extremely clean! The free snack and coffee bar was a plus. Staff was accommodating and friendly.

Very noisy with the traffic and overhead planes flying so low. If you are a light sleeper this isn’t the place for you.
