The hotel is in a great location that is close to IAH Airport. The free airport shuttle was a bonus. The room is spacious and comfortable, and they let me deliver a few Amazon packages ahead of our arrival for free. The price is unbeatable and we will definitely stay again the next time we transit via IAH.

The free shuttle services a few motels nearby and it didn't seem to be frequent enough for the number of people waiting. We were fine to wait but there were many who seemed very impatient at the shuttle pickup spot at the airport.

The room was comfortable; towels and toilet treats were provided. The location is great, just 10 minutes from the airport, and they provide free shuttle service. Is a good place if you're doing a layover.

The property is listed as a non-smoking space, but the room smelled like cigarette smoke. The cleaning staff helped me with some air freshener, but the smell didn't get better. I went to the breakfast area (advertised to be open between 6-9am) around 6:45am but no breakfast was available and then I had to leave for the airport.

The person at the reception desk when we arrived was incredibly kind and friendly. Very helpful and accommodating! The hotel is very clean, the rooms are modern and spacious. All the services are present. We stayed there one night while waiting for our flight. The free shuttle service was very efficient and without any problems. I can highly recommend this hotel!! A little bit outside the center and amenities but fine for one night when traveling.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Sean was there on check-in, he is pleasant. We checked in late, and checked out early. So we stayed for a few hours for our flight. The hotel is near the airport, like 12 mins drive. They provide shuttle to airport and its available 24 hours. You just have to let them know what time you need the shuttle. The room is clean and spacious, although we saw a small cockroach but it came from outside. We did not have the chance to try the breakfast.

The location. It was close to the airport, restaurants and shopping. You had to walk around 15 minutes The immediate area did not have sidewalks and immediate views were not good but walk a little bit, great food and shopping. Value. Staff was really helpful (the room's microwave didn't work and I needed to eat, they immediately proceeded to put me a new microwave in the room). Shuttle service was easy and on time.

The Hotel is close to the IAH airport: a 24-hour bus shuttle is available to connect the airport terminals with the properties. I paid 70 USD and I got that value, which is reasonable. This is a good choice to spend one night if you have a spotover in Houston.

Cleaning is probably "perfectible". Wi-Fi signal was not that stable in my room (but is was quite good within the lobby).

There were a couple of issues when we got into the room. First, the remote on the TV did not work. Second, the toilet continuously ran. The staff immediately addressed both issues and solved them in no time. I highly commend the staff! Although the facility was in the middle of renovations, it was clean, staff was efficient and friendly.

Clean, bed comfortable, large room, Shower was hot and strong, AC excellent, airport shuttle was great. Staff was good. Good lightening.

Wash basin was just a trickle of water, TV was right wing politically and channel selection was dreadful. No CNN, MSNBC, CNBC or other more progressive channels. Breakfast was very sparse and coffee was terrible. Water was $1 for small bottle. The mall nearby was dead.

The room was recently remodeled, and was very spacious. I had a room that was a bit away from the parking are, so was quite quiet. The shuttle from the airport can be arranged at any time. Good value for money.

Originally I got checked into a room that somebody else was already in! Luckily they didn't notice me barge in on them, and it was very quickly resolved with a room change.
