Location is awesome, close proximity to airport is key, free shuttle is excellent, to and from airport, ring them on arrival but best to request collection from Terminal C , easier to find, organise drop off at desk when flying out , value for money, everything was clean , maybe there’s strong smell of cleaning liquid but bearable, helpful staff at desk, Alex is accommodating, swimming pool available, treadmill and other machines available if you fitness fanatic , Jack in The Box right next door if you get hungry, great burgers and egg rolls, breakfast is complimentary, waffles, toast, muffins, doughnuts , cereal, coffee, tea available , highly recommend

Only downfall from my perspective was internet but if you buy a eSIM eg maya before travelling to USA you’ll have no problem

We liked the breakfast, which despite being continental, had fruit, yogurt, waffles, etc. The room was also very comfortable. Location very close to the airport.

About the free transfer. We arrived at terminal E and called the hotel to arrange a transfer. They told us to go to gate A115, in terminal A; but no one explained that we had to take a train to change terminals. It took us a while to get there and the transfer to the hotel had already left and didn't wait for us. We had to take a taxi and pay US$25, and the driver, who got lost, demanded that we exchange the money. The receptionist helped us with this. The ride to the airport was again smooth. We suggest you inform future guests.

We are a family with two teenagers. We had an overnight in Houston on both ends of our recent spring break vacation. We stayed at a higher rated chain on the way to our holiday and it was just terrible. So I changed our reso for our way home to the Sleep Inn and it was a world apart - the clerk was cheerful and helpful, the rooms were spotlessly clean, the sheets/bed were comfortable and the shuttle service was prompt and easy. We left too early to experience the breakfast, but I would make this my 'go-to' stopover if I ever revisit the Houston airport and area (the food cart and Jack in the Box were great for late night, hungry teens too!).

The location was great, very close to the airport just in case you have to travel and need to saty close. The room was very clean! Unfourtanetely the breakfast at 8:20 am in the morning was almost finished and nothing else were added, even no personal helping with it were there.

If you have somebody helping in the area of breakfast could be better. Or Probably you can help more if you sell breakfast with more options and well served.

Staff were really friendly and always cleaning, great location. Room was spacious and was perfect for a night. Would stay again. Good local restaurants and bars too

Everything was fine, but if you miss the shuttle it sets you back about half hour - but that’s fine unless you’re running late so just to be aware to give yourself time, but it’s a great service. Also the duvet I found a bit odd.. but was all clean ect.

Check in and check out was fast and courteous.

We call for the 24-hour airport shuttle and waited more than one hour but still no shuttle, so we took an Uber. The shuttle bus driver claimed he looked for us but there were no designated shuttle busses that came to the arrival area. Breakfast only consisted of pastry, yogurt, toast, cold cereal, juices, and coffee. No hot items were offered.

So, we thought the location was not ideal due to there not being good restaurants nearby that we could walk to. The breakfast was really bad. The juice machine didn't work. The coffee machine's door kept popping open, white bred? Really? Otherwise, we thought the hotel was perfectly adequate. We would suggest that tissues be supplied in the room.

It was handy to the airport and they have a shuttle - no problem and the driver was a very nice man. I also thought the decor was cute.

It has an old carpet smell, or maybe people used to smoke there. Otherwise everything was on point, even for being in the middle of a parking lot next to a drive thru.

Pool was refreshing after a long day (warm water); comfortable beds; easy access to the airport with shuttle service; food options close enough to walk to.

The pool did not have a private access, but once in the pool, it didn't matter so much. Our flight was too early in the morning to enjoy the breakfast.
