I absolutely LOVED the staff!! Especially Edna!! I traveled alone and had no idea what or where to eat half the time. Edna gave me menus and phone numbers to local places that were community favorites. She was also someone I enjoyed talking to when I came in from an activity. I felt like I was home and that made me very comfortable especially because in reality I traveled alone. The cleaning staff were extremely respectful to my things. I appreciated that as well. In my haste I would leave my hair brush and makeup out and they would place them respectively in a place while they cleaned.

I did not like the carpet in my room it was very soiled and gross. The couple of times I forgot to put on my slippers when needing to use the rest room in the night was like a waking nightmare. The bed did not have a bed skirt so whenever I went into the room I was constantly greeted by the stains of “318’s past” all over the box spring.

With IAH experiencing snow the day before my flight was leaving, I decided to spend the night at the La Quinta motel by the airport to not have any surprises with freezing or blocked roads due to icy conditions. The hotel was pretty crowded due to passengers missing flights etc. The staff was very busy but attentive to the needs of the guests. The parking lot is ample and the room was very clean. The breakfast had good variety and the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. I would stay here again.

The large family bedroom with a living room very spacious and the housekeeping does a excellent job.

The front desk girls are always on their cell phones. I kept calling the hotel before checking in, and there was no answer like 3 times I drove over to check in, and the girl at the desk was on her cellphone. While checking me in, she kept looking at her phone like she was missing something more important. The breakfast was the same every time kind of boring

smooth elevator rides . Very pet friendly have trash bags and garbage cans for pets. Free breakfast with your stay. And many exit doors to exit from not just the front. Also next to a convenience store/ fast foood.

You can hear everything from other rooms in your room and outside in the hallway. Tried to check out 15 min prior to 11am and staff was no where for about 10 min was scared to get charged again cause of it. Also arrived at 3:30pm and no room was available yet.

Everything was good! the coffee in the lobby was great, also the one in the room the capsules provided was pretty good, and the toiletries, great AC, the attention it was great to hear and be able to communicate in Spanish, I feel that was the best part for us.

Probably the only thing that could be better is the WIFI, it was pretty weak to non-existent in most parts of the room. I think that would be a great area of opportunity.

Very convenient location for 1 night airport layover. Free shuttle easy—driver helped me to find the right shuttle at the busy pickup location. Morning shuttle on time. Hotel is basic, but very clean. Comfortable bed. Quiet despite being so close to airport. Keurig coffee machine in room is nice touch. Breakfast also basic, but ok.

Rooms are very spacious, beds are comfortable, A/C a very much appreciated relief from the heat. The hotel is located 5-10 minutes away from the airport and it offers a free shuttle. Breakfast is included and included scrambled eggs, sausages, hash browns, waffles, yogurt, orange juice, apple juice, cereal.

The hotel building is a bit old and needs some upkeep, but its not tragic in my opinion. The carpet on the hallways leading to the rooms was a bit smelly, but also not too bad.

The breakfast is great. It opened at 6. It made my day happy from then on. And there's good coffee in the room. It was quiet and not too far from the airport.

The bed was too hard for me. The pillows were worse. The air conditioner was on when I got to the room and it was almost cold outside.

All my expectations were met or exceeded. The hotel's location is excellent for its proximity to the International Airport. Breakfast served had variety, and the room was comfortable and quiet. Shopping Malls are a few minutes away by road.

The location was close to several restaurants. Very quite to be close to the airport.

I thought it was strange that I was never asked for any ID upon check in. It may be the policy since the room was paid for in advance.
