The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable

Unfortunately, as in many hotels of this kind, there was a very intense and unpleasant smell of some cleaning products (?). It was mainly in the hall and lobby, the room was ok. I am sorry to say that but the breakfast was tragic. I am usually pretty tolerant, especially when I stay somewhere only for one night, but this was horrible. There was nothing to eat if you care at least a little bit about what you put in your body. Maybe a toast with butter. Otherwise everything was very processed and loaded with sugar.

The room was excellent - modern with wooden floors.Amenities and facilities in the room excellent including coffee machine ironing board iron hairdryer and toiletries.The bed had importantly a comfortable mattress and quality linen For an overnight stay it is perfect and an efficient regular shuttle bus makes it an attractive option at a reasonable price 10-15 mins from airport

The breakfast was included but you would not expect this when you are paying £70 per night.So I do not reduce star rating asa result of this substandard breakfast. There was scrambled egg which looked more like a thick pancake doubled over highly refined bread sugar rich yoghurts and cereal - this is not a healthy nutritious breakfast and just edible.The surrounding area is laden with fast food and mini supermarkets not much better.

I love the location, clean environment and very close to the airport. Another added value to the Hotel are the eatry joints and gas stations in the area.

I don't like the handwash basin that is not inside the washroom. I tried to change my room because of that, but the same in the other room.

Nice clean modern hotel. Breakfast was adequate and the attendant made extra effort to have it ready for us as we had to leave a bit early.

Couldn't contact hotel to arrange free shuttle even though I had prearranged contact information and had to take a taxi with was very expensive for the short trip. Once at hotel had to wait over 10 minutes for desk attendant to appear, apparently he was on a phone call. Once at desk he was very friendly and helpful.

Availability despite booking with very little anticipation (had a flight cancelled at IAH and had to book a hotel room ay last minute), breakfast included, near to the airport with complimentary airport-hotel-airport shuttle service (great, on-time service!), clean bed and bath, comfortable bed, hot water

A/C/heater was way too noisy, made it hard to get some good sleep

Like indoor room access. Ground floor was nice. Rooms king bed was nice quality and clean. Bathroom was spotless and the soap and shampoo was good smell.

only egg thing but like scrambled eggs and sausage or bacon too with eggs. coffee was way too strong...greek mud. Only white bread to make toast, no jelly.

The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. The airport shuttle was ready and waiting to get us to the airport. Breakfast was good (eggs, sausage links and patties, waffles, juices, coffee, biscuits). Very clean room with reliable air conditioning unit. Great stay for a quick trip near the airport.

Friendly staff both checking in & checking out. Shuttle service was prompt & the lady driver in the morning was exceptional. My room was clean & the bed comfortable (larger pillows would be nice) I liked the yoghurt & biscuits at breakfast but some fresh fruit would have been nice.

All three front desk clerks were very friendly and helpful. I was there for a long layover but not overnight. I needed to sleep but all the amenities looked very inviting and clean. Lovely back garden area that I did enjoy.

The staff was great. The room was clean and roomy, and the beds were very comfortable. It was close to everything in town and to the airport.

They made me wait until 3:00 pm to check in or I had to pay an extra $25.00. I didn't care for the waiting around for an hour when they could have just checked me in.
