Breakfast was good, difficult to find the entrance to the property.

Unhappy that I was "accidentally" charged a second time on my credit card which caused an overdraft from my bank.

It’s was very clean and looked like the photos online. Property looked kept up.

Stayed here Friday and Saturday twice in a row. First stay was charged a refundable deposit of 50 dollars (no problem). After a week, deposit wasn’t returned. Long story short reviews online complaints was only that the deposit wasn’t returned and some of them had been more than 3 weeks overdue. My stay was no issues but it was unpleasant to have to be part of the no deposit return in timely manner. Spoke with lady at desk, she was professional about the situation and didnt charge me deposit for my second week stay. It just sucks that I even had to address the situation.

Excellent basic accommodation. Room was spartan but clean, modern with hardwood LVT floors and inexpensive so excellent value for an overnight in the Woodlands. Staff was friendly both at checkin and next morning for basic breakfast. Hard to find entrance at first because it’s tucked behind Shell station. I knocked location 1 star because road signage for entrance could have been better.

Hair scattered in places in the bathroom, had to request soap. Cheaply breakfast good be better.

I saw a small cockroach in the bathroom it’s the first time I’ve seen it I’ve stayed in this hotel for 5 times
