From the moment I walked into the Crowne Plaza, I knew I was in for a great experience. The atmosphere was welcoming, the hotel was impeccably clean, and every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional. But what truly set my stay apart was the incredible service at the bar. The bar staff at the Crowne Plaza were nothing short of phenomenal. Friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, they made each evening at the bar feel like a VIP experience. They remembered our names, offered great drink recommendations, and kept the mood upbeat and enjoyable. Whether it was a perfectly crafted cocktail or just a friendly conversation after a long day, they truly went above and beyond. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for everything I needed. But the warmth and energy of the bar staff really made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending the Crowne Plaza to friends and colleagues. Five stars all the way!

Every thing was good. No complaints.

Rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The hotel bar and restaurant were small but nice. Drinks and the dessert were great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We did not get to use the pool, but it was very nice and looked relaxing. The location was in the middle of everything.

Only issue we had was another guest was loud and drunk at the bar causing it to be uncomfortable for the other guests at the bar and in the restaurant. They were eventually asked to leave, but it went on for too long. We noticed other guests annoyed and leaving due to it. We cut our night short as well due to this.

staff at hotel were average but staff at Johnny's, in-house restaurant, were amazing. best hospo staff and service i have experienced in a long time. grumpy behind the hotel desk. amazing in the restaurant. Miss Avis, Brenda, Melanie and the rest of the Johnny's team will bring me back, nothing else.

check in process didn't have my booking but managed to resolve it. check in staff generally good at checking but unhelpful for other visits to counter for help.

Super nice place! The Woodlands is a beautiful area close to downtown Houston. The hotel itself is just wonderful. It has a large pool where you can actually really swim! Everything super clean. And spacious! Complementary parking outside the hotel. A bed that embraces you. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent complimentary WiFi. Really yummy breakfast for $14 extra. As part of my coffee addiction I would have loved a little espresso bar right in the entrance hall. Luckily a few very nice starbucks cafés are pretty close.

Nicely appointed, really pretty, well maintained place to stay with The Woodlands trees surrounding the property. Very near I-45, but enough off the beaten path to be restful. Excellent front desk staff and service.

Ice machines very unreliable, but the front desk staff came through getting ice from the bar. Breakfast food was just ok, but the restaurant was nice.

The store was practically empty. There wasn’t much to choose from and some of it was just empty. If they’re going to have a store for guest convenience ir should have items to get. I had to make a trip to a grocery store just to pick up a few basics to have on hand.

The front desk lady was so sweet and helped us so much. The hurricane was a little stressful and she went out of her way to go get us coffee, cream, and sugar out of the back to accommodate us being stuck in the lobby due to electric outage. She went above and beyond and we appreciated her.

Nothing really, overall a great experience. Will stay there again in the future when we go to visit our daughter

We have stayed at the Crowne Plaza many times and will continue to do so. I have frequent doctor visits and the Plaza is our go-to place to stay while we're in town. The facility, the staff, the rooms, the pool, the restaurant....all about as perfect as one can expect.

The beds are very comfortable once you crawl into it. But for those of us with limited physical abilities, it can be hard. The bed sits very high off the floor and requires a bit of an effort to crawl in. But once you do get in, its a very comfortable night's sleep.

Great facility for our high school reunion. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. Food for reunion and breakfast buffet were highest quality, fresh, and flavorful.

Phone calls to Sales and Hotel Manager were not returned about the availability of hotel rooms reserved for reunion and no one answering the phones had any information.

The location and the price is simply amazing i love the fact that you are greeted when you arrive and everything is already prepared for you when you arrive this is a hidden gem and the quietness of the hotel and the sizes of the room makes all the better your 1.5 miles away from the woodlands mall which has everything literally definitely will be back!
