Location was perfect for the Ironman. I was impressed with how much the staff showed they cared about every guest. Always opening the door, helping with luggage, always smiling, and the snacks and drinks they had available for us Ironman athletes. The high level of detail with cleanliness was incredible throughout the entire hotel. The staff took their time thoroughly cleaning every room. I would stay here again.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Very convenient with loads to do. There are great shops on the doorstep and a wealth of restaurants nearby. We loved Tommy Bahamas. There is a free trolley car which goes around the woodlands and can take you to a bigger variety of restaurants and shops too. The local luxury cinema is excellent and the kids loved the pedalo on the nearby lake. The staff were welcoming, the pool is lovely and breakfast was good. The hotel could do with a bit of aa refresh in places - it feels a little dated. However everything worked well and it was very clean. The breakfast staff were distracted on our first day as there was a conference.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to the Cynthia Woods Pavillion. We could open the window and listen to the music. Parking was close and there is a lot of parking available. We would definitely stay again.

The pillows are too soft and the bed was a little firm for my liking.

The hotel is inside a small outdoor shopping place where there are also a few restaurants, perfect if you don’t want to do any driving.

The parking situation wasn’t very clear so we valet, it was $35. Once we got in the hotel we were told there were other (free I think) options within walking distance.

Friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure your stay is anything but wonderful. I was upgraded which was a welcomed surprise. The room was a corner room with amazing views, clean, comfortable. Great food also at the restaurant. A great hotel in a terrific location.

Cost of room for 1 night was undesirable but very much appreciated being upgraded.

Fantastic location, small but perfectly formed. Staff were superb. From the initial greeting (and upgrade- thank you) to the doormen and valets, always happy to help with a smile.

The hotel is in an amazing location - right in the middle of shops and still feels secluded and serene. Check in was easy and efficient and the staff were absolutely wonderful. The room was beautiful and clean with good views of the town centre. Overall, I feel the service was exceptional, and I feel the room was pricey but good value for money.

Excellent breakfast (not included). Dinner was a limited bar menu, well executed. Great dessert. All staff were very friendly and professional. Hotel provided tooth brush and paste, since our luggage had been lost by airlines.

The front desk staff was wonderfully helpful in all aspects including check in and questions about the local area. They kindly arranged for a balcony room to help us celebrate our 20 year wedding anniversary.

The location was perfect, bar and restaurant was nice with great food, and the staff was friendly and professional. Susie at the restaurant deserves some extra kudos.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming for me but my daughter loved her waffles so next time I'll order differently.
