Very nice. The guy at the front counter was very good An nice. Difficult situations he was in but handled it well.

Beautiful rooms but very disappointed with housekeeping he kept knocking on our door before check out to clean in An even opened our door while we were trying to sleep. We were getting ready An he knocked again. We pay for our time till 11 so having someone bother you to get out sooner is def not something I like. I clean for a living so I know the job An would never do this. Especially use keys to get into a room without permission That was at 9 so no reason for it.

On arrival in the lobby I thought it was going to be more basic than where we had stayed the night before...however on arrival in the room I was very pleasantly surprised to the point we extended our stay from 1 night to additional nights simply because it had everything we needed to not have to go very far.

The only negative is the sun does not catch the pool for the whole day, I'm sure in the summer months this would be fine and maybe better because the sun is higher, however in the Spring it is only over the pool and bathing area until early to mid afternoon and breakfast cut off times were too early Monday to Friday, that said we were able to go down to breakfast and bring it back up to our room

Excellent staff! Was able to meet all requests! Needed another blanket and pillow for the pull out couch. Breakfast was on par! Love having actually dishes and silverware to use!

Nice location and very pretty hotel!

The staff wasn't that friendly. Nobody said good morning. The shower head in my room was just hanging (broken) and we had to hold it for our shower. I didn't mention it to the staff since we were only there one night.

I had never stayed at a Home2Suites before. I will seek them out in the future, hoping they’re all as nice as this one was. Just a perfectly good place to stay. Thanks!

My upstairs neighbors were quite loud at bedtime. It was a bit of a problem for a while, but it wasn’t the hotel’s fault, so not gonna complain about that. But, that was the only flaw. Otherwise, it was really perfect.

Lady in the front desk was rude took pictures of us I don’t know what for and didn’t know how to help me when I asked how to turn on grill or where utensils where

Lady in the graveyard shift. She was always there night Just once we had a younger girl very nice and attentive

Good location, good (not excellent) breakfast, free bottle of water in the reception was nice.

One of the receptionists (MELISSA) let me wait 10 minutes while speaking on the phone, didn’t give me attention when I tried to interrupt her, my question was easy and quick. I blame her only partially, the hotel is understaffed, there should be another person to respond while she was on the phone, or she should be better trained to give attention to the 10-min waiting guest in front of her, and ask the person to wait or send the request to multiple reservations by email.

I like the convivence to shopping, dining, etc. The hotel and rooms were very clean.

I was on the first floor and whoever was in the room above me was loud. Breakfast was not that good.

I like that the hotel was clean, it offered all the amenities on the inside that I needed, and the bed was so comfortable. I hate that I did not wake up in time to enjoy the free breakfast. I will be back.

Wonderful room, very clean and comfortable. Will definitely return on our next visit to The Woodlands.
