Loved the big hot tub and spacious rooms! There were full size bathroom amenities in each room which was great! They have a microwave and mini fridge in each room and they had a desk and couch in our room. It was very spacious!

The property is a little out of the way. You take a back road past a neighborhood to get to it. The parking is all sort of far from the doors/elevators. We didn’t love the eggs at breakfast, they did not taste good. The rest of the hot breakfast was delicious though! The staff was very nice!

The king room was perfect for my husband and I as we had gotten married that day. Spacious enough for us both to enjoy the spaces but cozy enough time be romantic. We definitely plan to stay here again even if our house is only 15 min away.

Breakfast. If kitchen staff opens eggs and let's bubbles settle before cooking there will be less airpockets and rubbery pieces of egg.

I did not like that we had to keep flushing the toilet over and over because of the water pressure was low. We were on the 5th floor in room 518 and honestly that's the only issue I had with this hotel.

I love this hotel. Super clean hotel, beds comfortable, staff wonderful and breakfast was amazing. I will definitely be back. I brought my mother here for a get away and we had an amazing time. This place is surrounded by restaurants and places to shop. I will definitely drive 4 hrs again to come back. This is my place away from home. I would like to give a five star on the cleanness and the great customer service we received. . Thank you guys again for great service. Keep it it.

Quiet surroundings, hot tub, gym and breakfast included were great, polite personel.

The room was noisy due to air conditioning making lots of noises. It probably needs maintenance. Also in the room there a washing machine, but not even a single washing machine tablet, neither a pen.

I loved everything about my stay here! My FAVORITE U.S. hotel stay. No complaints. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, bagels, potatoes, bread, cereal, etc. It's located by a quiet plaza full of options. The location is a two minute walk to Dave and Busters and about 4-6 minute walk to a Daiso, a movie theater and other restaurants. The staff is very nice and accommodating. I stayed to work after checking out and they brought me complementary water. So kind!

Honestly, everything was great. I didn't previously know about the $50 hold for incidentals but I probably just didn't read that somewhere and I knew I was getting it back, so no worries. If the goal of your stay is Houston though, definitely rent a car.

The room was spacious and clean. Except the vent. The decor was very nice. Air conditioning was cold. Adequate parking.

The easy access to door by pool always open. No security. Lack of house keeping supplies. Room vents dirty and ceiling had dirt or mold by vent.

Nice facility. Microwave and coffee pot not working in kitchenette. Capet wet from ac intake vent. But all in all, it was very nice

The back entrance was accessible without a key well into the night(midnight). I found that to be a bit of a safety issue.
