The property was in a great location. The property was close to restaurants and shopping center but far enough from the highway to not get the cars drive by.

There seemed to be renovations going on during our stay. We had an issue with the bathroom sink leaking from the but. We had notified to front desk about the leak. Their maintenance man did go to check it out while we were gone since the mess was cleaned up when we came back to the room. But after using the sink, there was still leaking from the bottom. The good thing was that there was another sink available in the room so we used that one for the remainder of our stay.

The room was very roomy, clean, and just felt like I was welcome. The welcome staff was amazing, and check & out was a breeze. I love that it had a little kitchen, so we were able to cook and save money on eating out. Bathroom was also very spacious and they have name brand shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I like that they are pet friendly.

Not much say that I didn't like. Was only there for one night. Even though it's was pet friendly, it was one of the costly places I've stayed with my pet. Costed 75.00 the most I've paid before this was 35.

Only thing free was coffee. Love the room sizes, desk area, kitchen, bathroom and bedding.

Not enough towels in the room for my stay. No food whatsoever available in the pantry in the morning. Staff said someone has not delivered it yet. Management should think ahead. Act like you are the guest. If you paid for a room and woke up early and found no food to buy, how would you feel? Remember there are dozens of other hotels with free breakfast. That's right. The whole spread for free. As much as I love Candlewood Suites, this has always been their downfall. If you all don't change what you offer, people will stay somewhere else.

The thin walls if you have a joining room and thin ceiling. The guest above me had some one running and running. But I still enjoy my stay. I will return and recommend.The pool needs to be clean also. All staff was professional and friendly. need ice machine Thank you for a great stay

The room was roomy and the bathroom was large too. The place was perfect for a family size of 3 and a dog. The bed was nice and cozy too. The convenient shop to buy snacks was a great add-on bonus to our stay.

The room could use more lighting, especially at table/desk area, and another chair would have been beneficial, especially in the handicap access room.

Staff was nice, grill was a great benefit.

Should have been informed facility was under construction and price should reflect the inconvenience.

location. quiet. security, beds, kitchen and full accessories. honestly policy with their food bar. free coffee all day, great creamers and soaps, clean towels

smelled like strong moisture, some old drywall patches , needs more seating and luggage stool

it was very close to the cynthia woods pavilion and all of the shopping/restaurants but it was just far enough away where it wasn’t too busy.

hotel room had a weird smell that wouldn’t go away but was clean and comfortable otherwise

Clean and comfortable room, very comfortable bed/pillows.. and the in house sundries market was very convenient! We had a small issue, but management made it right immediately and so very pleased with our stay, overall !
