I put a different credit card in when I checked in online expecting that it would be used to charge my room but they used my original card. On my 2nd day if stay, I had asked one of the desk personnel about it and she indicated that she would communicate my issue to the manager the next morning. When I checked back the next morning, the card had not been changed and it appeared nothing had been communicated about my issue.

It was close to everything we needed. Close to the mall and easy access to the highway. The rooms was nice and quiet and the temperature was great in the room. Helpful staff and easy parking. Fits our tight budget well.

Breakfast was good. Just have to go early as things like eggs do run out. Breakfast sausages instead of patties would be great and maybe some juice? otherwise, the coffee was good and We liked the Biscuits.

We had a hotel room that was set up like a one bedroom apartment for a fraction of the price or surrounding hotels. The view was gorgeous and the pool and hot tub were great too! The staff was so kind and made us feel comfortable even the host when we checked in gave us a map of surrounding activities. Definitely keeping this one in my back pocket for the next time I need a place to stay while in the woodland area.

On the second day the hot tub was cold but I think it just took a while to warm up.

It was a very nice room and the hotel was close to everything, nothing but a short drive away. The pantry in the lobby was always stocked with snacks, and happy hour was fun.

I didn't like that the breakfast was the same every day. Yes, there was variety with cereal, a waffle maker, and the main courses, but no change throughout the week that we stayed. Maybe add some bacon, a pancake maker, or omelets. The food was delicious, it just got boring after like the third day of eating breakfast.

The breakfast was fabulous & the lady that was responsible for keeping it stocked & clean did a wonderful job. Having an elevator was a huge plus also.

The layout of the room we were in was weird... if someone was at the sink/mirror, they would have to move to let the other person into the room with the toilet/shower/tub. I'm pretty sure this was just the room we got & not the standard room layout.

I liked the following: * The bed, pillows and linens were comfortable. * The air conditioning effiently and effectively cooled the room. * The cocktail hour was enjoyable. * The staff was polite and pleasant.

I disliked the following: * The floor was not vacuumed and the linens were not changed during our two night stay. * We didn't have enough towels, or dirty clothes bags. * The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan, which resulted in a lot of condenstion

Staff amazing, room very clean, breakfast fresh and hot. Location is easy on and easy off of freeway. I booked this hotel because it only 2 miles from my husband eye surgeon. Husband had cornea transplant on Aug.28, after surgery instructions included do not lay flat on back. Front desk girl did next best thing, she provided us with many extra pillows to get him propped up and comfortable.

Maybe have a few recliners available if guest need.

We really did like the room and how we were treated. Rooms were clean. An accomodations to our needs were met to some extent. I have to use a cane or walker.

There was no bags in the trash cans. No UBS outlets? That we could find. Since I have problems with walking taking a shower or bath was not an option for me . As I would fall trying to get in and out of the tub. We only stayed one night. We would love to come back again.

Staffs are very cool and attentive. Front desk 👍

I have an issue @ breakfast. I am staying past 10 days. Same menu. Biscuits & gravy, egg and Turkey patties. First two days they kept yoghurt after that I didn’t see.

Great stay at the Heritage Inn hotel, close to both I45 and the Woodlands Waterway. Hotel is confortable and clean, with large parking lot and easy access.

During my stay, the breakfast was very poor: small choices, limited quantities and no juices, nor waffle. I hope they improve this part later.
