The rooms were nice and roomy and the showers were big. I liked that you entered the shower away from the head and there were shelves at the end of the shower to put your things! The staff was very courteous and helpful. We had discovered that we had been double billed on one of the three rooms we booked, but they fixed the problem immediately when it was discovered.

My daughter found a little mold in the shower in her room, but our other two bathrooms were very clean.

The staff was really nice and everything was very clean.

Our door lock got stuck in the locked position and we couldn’t close our door. We tried fixing it but our light in the hallway in our room was burned out which made it harder to see. So we called the front desk at about 11:15 pm or so to get help and nobody answered. We continued to play with the lock and finally got it to work. Didn’t want to go to bed not being able to close and lock the door. We did say something in the morning and the girl told us how to work the door handle to get it to unlock. This is not something that we should have had to worry about but most of all we weren’t happy that nobody answered the phone to help us. We were disappointed that there wasn’t a safe in our room. Luckily they let us use a lock box behind the front desk.

The location is great, rooms were comfortable. The gym was great and well-appointed.

Lack of a restaurant. Since there was no restaurant on-site, it would have been great to have a list of nearby restaurants. I stumbled upon them the last night I was there. There are great options nearby. Having a list of possibilities would have been a great resource for the guests.

The location was great, the rooms were always made up in a timely manner by the maids. The gym had all the equipment I needed to get a complete workout. The hotel was close to a lot of restaurants, medical facilities near the Woodland Mall.

The breakfast needs to be updated still serving like it's still the pandemic. The same variety every morning. I can understand if the accommodation comes with breakfast, however, if it's not included then it needs to be updated! That's just my opinion.

I haven't slept in a bed in a long time due to...life. But sleeping in their bed was amazing. Would come again when i wanna take the night off from work to go to a special event

No cash. For anything. And mainly their ATM didn't work for shiii. At least it didn't eat my card.

Great atmosphere at a fair rate. Teresa did an excellent job checking me in. This is the 3rd time I've stayed at this property and the beds and pillows are very comfortable. I travel often for work and this property is 5 stars at 3 star pricing. You won't be disappointed..

The half shower glass allows water in the bathroom and a little chilly but not a big deal.

Very close to the Woodlands mall and restaurants and I-45. Room, bathroom and seating area are spacious. Check in was swift / efficient. Gym has ample machine equipments and weights. WiFi is good. Plenty parking.

Nothing to dislike. I’ve stayed in several Courtyard Marriott before so I know what to expect.

Enjoyed my stay. Lobby and rooms were large and comfortable. Everything felt very new and clean. I appreciated having the bistro in the lobby for breakfast. And it’s right across the highway from Memorial Hermann with easy access.

Coffee in the room was pretty terrible, but there’s at least a coffee shop downstairs.

Loved the coziness being away from home and actually having a microwave! I can lay on the sofa, warm up left overs before I hit the bed. The bed and linens here are always a dream and the reason I only book Marriott.
