Nice lodging, great value. Very clean room, plenty of space, no carpet, decent sized TV. Dylan at the front desk is the best. Very kind, polite and accommodating. He handled a misunderstanding about our pet fee and checked us in quickly. He’s familiar with the areas and was quite helpful with questions I had. When the microwave in our room had an issue he brought us a replacement immediately. Housekeeping at this hotel is out of this world! Who even comments on that, right? We set up cameras in our room to watch our dog but were completely blown away when they recorded the absolute thoroughness of the housekeepers. Sheets were completely switched out after our sleeping there just one night, she mopped the entire room, wiped everything down, tidied everything up and was very kind to our dog. Palace Inn stays pretty quiet at night despite being next to the freeway. The hotel directly behind Palace Inn has some questionable people coming, going & loitering but no one caused any problems. Decent parking. Pet potty area was adequate. Grab & Go breakfast isn’t much but the coffee is good and that’s what matters. Vending machine next to coin op washer & dryer on 1st level. Minuses - Pet cost hasn’t been updated on the website and is higher. Not enough pillows, 3 on a king bed, no extra pillows available.

Due to unforseen circumstances fixing my car before travel. I wasn't able to check in until around 8 a.m., yet I still had to get a nap in and get ready for my dear friend's funeral. Mannie, the gentleman who checked me in, was so sweet and graced me with a 12pm late checkout. Overall, if needed, I would certainly stay there again. The room itself was very clean, and the floor for once wasn't carpet but a nice woodgrain flooring. I didn't feel like I had to wear slippers, which was amazing.

There is another hotel behind them that seemed a bit sketchy. Their property, however, is nicely kept.

Passing by this small motel just off the highway, you would imagine the rooms to be run down, outdated and sub-par. To my complete surprise, however, I entered a brand new, gleaming, refurbished room that was spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. It was far NICER than other more recognizable, national brand hotels I stayed at during my trip to TX. They even provided a small breakfast, which I did not expect, although its location in Conroe is right around the corner from dozens of great eateries.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like about the hotel, although I would recommend a bit more lighting be added to the room.

Had a serious issue when checking in (not my fault) but the 2 men at reception who had to deal with totally uncooperative booking.com staff treated me very well. I have nothing but praise for their kindness. The room was exceptionally clean

The Property looked new, the room was clean and well put together . I think my favorite part of the room was the table for 2

My hotel was breakfast included. Breakfast was mini sunny D bottles, mini cereal boxes, a gallon of milk. Apples and some pre individually packed breads like danishes and flavored bread. Coffee was cold as well. Not good breakfast at all

This hotel is always my go to Very clean,super modern,COMFORTABLE BEDS and the smoking rooms are not trashy stink or have any burn holes. They take great care of this place Shout out to their cleaners/

The driveway, if your not looking for it you’ll turn into the ark church and it was hard to get back on the feeder to turn into the driveway right next door
