Tyler at the front desk was very helpful and polite. He answered my questions when the reservation was made. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. The ladies helping in the dining room were very nice and kept it clean.

I was unable to arrive on Thursday due to a vehicle AC problem. I had hoped to stay Saturday night after my Friday stay, but there was no availability.

It was very clean and had all the amenities, good location and helpful friendly staff.

I both called the property and emailed them through booking.com as directed about bringing my little dog. But when I checked in there was no record that I had done so! I did what I was supposed to and the property (?)did not. If there had been no more rooms on the first floor, they would have turned me away, even though I had a reservation. This according to the gentleman who checked me in.

1st time stay with the hubby and granddaughters. Very SATISFIED and surprised how well kept and clean this LaQuinta was🫨👍🏾😀 Loved it! I shared with my family! Ms Diamond 💎 was a diamond and took very good care of us. I have thìs hotel saved in my favorites. I definitely give this hotel a 10. *when you tried everything and all has failed, try JESUS CHRIST. The mattress was little stiff for my liking,; more support would be helpful

Small miscommunication for the breakfast, we arrived around 9:15, with the understanding that it would be until 10. But the Ladies were very kind and understanding, and brought us fruit, muffins and yogurt. So we were able to have a small breakfast after all.

Swimming pool was out of service (unfortunately)

The hotel was nicely painted inside,decorated,hallway carpet was clean, everywhere smelled clean,furnishing in good shape. The breakfast area was nice, breakfast food hot/cold was great. The disabled room had a great safe bathroom,lots of space,handles and seat etc. Got an adjoining room for our teenage grandson. Housekeeping staff very friendly. Front desk very helpful,supplied map of area. Excellent value for price. Pet friendly. Would stay there again.

Think they need to put in outside steps so those of us that exit the left side of hotel with our pet, can maneuver the steep decline/hill to take pet to Designated Area around back. We are in our mid-70s and had to get our grandson to do it for us.

Staff exceptionally nice, helpful, allowed us to check in early, beds comfortable. Room clean, breakfast standard but good, coffee great.

The only complaint was the beds are on a metal base that when accidentally kicked or banged make a huge clang and can hear from other rooms, very minor annoyance.

The staff was very friendly, smiling, informative, and were courteous. The rooms were quiet and I was on the animal end of the floor. You only paid $25 a night for having a pet. I appreciated the fact that I could bring my bird.Rooms are cheaper if you use Booking .com.

I wanted biscuits and gravy and they didn’t have any the two days I was there. There was congestion by large trucks at the entryway, exit with only one location to enter and exit.

Location

The staff didn't like dogs, and they were concerned that our dog would be left in our room and do some damage. She is a service dog and very well behaved. She is my husband's ears. She is a teacup Yorkie of about 4 pounds are so. She doesn't shed. We brush her daily and bath 1-2 x a week. The lady also made copies of our dog's certificate, which no one has never done before. With all the ID theft, I was very worried why she took copies. What they are doing there, I don't think it is legal to ask so many questions about my husband's service dog. My husband is deaf and I told her his dog alert him if an alarm, going off or someone is behind him. That all they are allowed to ask . We were rear-ended on Monday, so we had a car rental and I was not feeling like a third degree.

The breakfast had lots of options and the coffee machine was cool. I've never seen one of those before and it was nice being able to customize my coffee options. Also our room was super spacious, moreso than we expected. Having the side entrance was convenient since we were on the end on the second floor

The toilet screamed any time that we flushed it. And the light switches were a little confusing.

Check in staff friendly, room clean and tidy, warm buffet style breakfast. The hotel is conveniently located just off Interstate 45, with restaurants within walking distance. We needed somewhere to stay overnight after a long flight from the UK, and this hotel fitted the bill, being only a short drive from the airport.
